Our condominium features two bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom with a private bath and a king size bed. The other bedroom features 2 queen-size beds. The living area has a Smart TV, dinning room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit and free WIFI. Enjoy stunning oceanfront views from your private balcony. Take advantage of unlimited access to Dunes Village Resort\`s large indoor heated water park that includes a 250 ft Lazy River, three Jacuzzi hot tubs, two adult-size Water Slides, a children\`s pool and a game room with pool tables and other games. The Resort offers a fully equipped exercise room, a full-service restaurant that includes a lunch and dinner menu, pool bar and food service and Seattle\`s Best breakfast/coffee facility. About the area: There are many fun-filled family activities within a short distance from the condo. The Family Kingdom, a family theme park is only a short walk away. There’s also Ripley’s Aquarium featuring thousands of sea creatures. There are also miniature golf courses, shops, water parks, mini-race tracks and eateries all at your doorsteps. There are shows playing at the Carolina Opry Theater, The Legend, and Broadway at the Beach. Myrtle Beach is a golf haven with over a 100 golf courses to choose from, all within a short drive from the condo. There are many restaurants and shops to fit every taste. We’re certain that you’ll enjoy your stay in this beautiful 3 bedroom oceanfront condo. This unit comes with 2 covered parking spaces. About the resort: The Resort is located on the beach at 5300 N Ocean Blvd and considered to bone of the best resorts in Myrtle Beach. And the location is perfect--you’re just far enough from downtown so that you can enjoy some peace and quiet on the beach while still being close enough to all the major attractions. You’re only a 10-minute drive from downtown and 10-15 minutes from everything else in Myrtle Beach. There’s also plenty to do right by the resort or just a short walk over on Kings Highway/Business 17\. The amenities in the resort are great too. There\`s a great gym and a game room plus 2 indoor water parks with tons of things to do as well as 6 outdoor pools, kiddie pools and SPAs, a 170’ Lazy River and a basketball court. All the amenities on property are available to our guests. You must be 25 years old to book this unit. This is a non-smoking building and you will be fined $250 if you smoke inside the unit on on the balcony. This is a non-smoking unit and there will be a $300 charge if it is discovered that someone in your party smoked inside the unit or on the balconies. This is a no pets allowed building and if you bring a pet into the unit during your stay you will be fined $300\. You must be at least 25 years old when reserving this unit and most of the people staying in the unit must be 25 years old. There will be no additional charges if the following provisions are met: • No damage is done to the condo or its contents and the unit is returned to us in the condition it was given in • Premises are maintained in good condition and used in a careful and lawful manner • All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans are left cleaned and orderly • No linens or household items are missing or damaged • No early check-in or late check-out (check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10am) that are not approved by the owner • The condo has not been smoked in including the balconies • No pets of any kind are kept on premises • No illegal activities are conducted in the unit or the premise of the condominium • Loud noise is not permitted in the building, the property or unit • You cannot have more people staying in the unit than what the reservation was approved for when accepted by the owner Cancellation Policy: • You will receive your full deposit back if you cancel 60 days prior to check in • You will lose all paid rental funds if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of check in • If we discover that you are under the age of 25, we can cancel your reservation immediately and retain all payments made to date unless it is more than 60 days prior to your check in • We reserve the right to increase the damage deposit for any rental if any of the above provisions are not met We are serious about the above rules and regulations and strongly enforce them, so please make sure that all the individuals in your party are made aware of these prior to checking in. Tenant agrees to the following: 1\. Maintain the premises in good condition. 2\. Use premises in a careful and Lawful manner. 3\. It is a great family atmosphere. If you have tweens or teens might not be the place for you. Staff were great & very clean. Food was very good. The biggest issue for me was the rotation of the ice cream trucks. They were sometimes playing Christmas music, the staff nor owners can’t do anything about this because it is a public beach access. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and great view of the beach! Great location to the pools and restaurant. Small Mirror on wall of master bathroom is not stable extra bedroom gets really hot it had a fan but the blade was broken off which made the fan very loud. Mast bedroom gets chilly at night needed to throw an extra blanket on the bed. Overall great place to stay would stay again!! ##### tristan p. This wasn't our first stay at the property so we already knew the building is very dated and in poorcondition. The unit we rented was as expected... good enough. Pictures looked good but other units we have stayed in were much nicer. We did have a plumming issue that resulted in the unit smelling like sewer, and carpets being wet. While the host was easy to contact she was not interested in compensating us in any way. They had a plummer snake the toilet and spray lysol. The bathroom that flooded with grey/black water was never cleaned and the entire condo smelled terrible and had multiple fans on to dry the carpet for the entire length of our stay. As far as the condo the best parts were the connection between the kitchen, eating area, and sitting area, and the great view from all these spots. Also beds were very comfortable. Some small issues- included a bathroom fan that sounded like a jet engine, a broken front on one drawer in the second bedroom and limited storage space to put suitcases and other things after unpacking. Also the door to the closet in the second bedroom opens in a direction that makes it hard to access that space. ##### Susan C. Had one appliance issue that was solved same day. King mattress should be replaced, kind of hard and feels lumpy. Walk to the beach is short, pool areas under each tower are great for kids and family. Daily activities carried out by condo staff. Overall great stay!!! ##### Travis E. The condo is in an excellent location with easy access to both towers amenities, as well as the beach. There’s a ton to do including sand volleyball, water slides, covered pool areas, shuffleboard, ping pong, etc. We loved all that was available to us. It was also an easy drive to great restaurants. The condo unit could use some TLC. It is apparent that it is never occupied by the owner. Most importantly, a new master bed is a must. We had to go to Walmart to purchase a mattress topper just to make it bearable but was still not great. The bed frames in the spare bedroom stick out so far with very little room to enter the bathroom , maybe 6 inches. A definite bruise maker. The carpet should be replaced and a fresh coat of paint. All bathroom and kitchen fixtures are wobbly and loose. Be prepared to purchase all necessities as there are no basic spices in the kitchen. You’ll need extra paper goods, toilet paper, paper towels and any and everything for the kitchen. The ice cream trucks are a constant and play Christmas music in the summer so maybe bring a portable speaker if you enjoy patio time. We experienced a water leak underneath the kitchen sink and a repairman was sent immediately which was appreciated. With a few minor adjustments, we could do 5 stars. ##### Macy D. Extra bonus: jacuzzi tub in master! Ice cream truck isn’t there that long, don’t let the other reviews fool you. TV, couch, washer/dryer, everything was great. View is amazing, property is amazing, definitely lots to do! Plenty of parking in the garage too! Basketball court is behind the parking lot, the front desk rents out basketballs. I would definitely recommend staying here, you won’t regret it. ##### Krisztina M. The TV in the master didn't work and the TV in the living room was burnt out. I messaged them and they responded RIGHT AWAY and replaced them with 2 new TVs within 24 hours. Over all good unit. Didn’t like walking out of the front door and seeing the roof with all the industrial ac units going and only covered by a curtain. But we did not hear them once the door was closed. Just a few little things that need to be looked after. Never enough hot water in master bathroom but just in the shower. Frying pans just awful, everything stuck badly. TV in the living room is finished. The screen has no more color. But it fit the budget . ##### Stephen F.
