This 1300sq ft, 2 story end-unit condo with 4 balconies is a short 5 min walk to the beach and is in a 9-unit complex. You can enjoy some R&R away from the hustle of Ocean Blvd and the larger resorts. Don't worry about having to wait on the elevator either- you'll quickly get all your vacation supplies through the front door. The complex features an outdoor pool that is open from April 1st to October 1st. Enjoy 1300 sq ft of space on 2 floors and 4 outdoor covered balconies. We are on the second floor up 2 short flights of stairs. When you walk in you will instantly feel relaxed. The main floor features the kitchen, breakfast nook, dining area, living room and 2 balconies. The living room has a large comfy sectional for everyone to gather on. Off the living room is a spacious balcony overlooking the pool with a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining. This balcony also has a storage closet for your use to store all your beach supplies in during your stay. We also have a desk to easily work from home. For convenience there is a half bath located on the main floor. The kitchen is well stocked and has plenty of space for all your vacation goodies and a pantry. We provide a coffee pot, toaster, all dishes, silverware and pots and pans for easily cooking at home meals when your away! There is a 4-seat breakfast table and a 6-chair dining table which allows plenty of space for everyone. There is a second smaller balcony off the front of the condo to enjoy your morning coffee. As you make your way to the 2nd floor of the condo you will find a large hallway where the laundry is located which is available for you to use during your stay. Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, and both feel like the primary. They both have king-sized beds, 2 closets, a dresser and an ensuite bath for total privacy. Both bedrooms also have balconies with sliding doors and seating allowing you for an indoor/outdoor option when the weather is nice! Technology - The living room and 1 bedroom have tv's that are connected to cable but they are not smart TV's. WIFI is available to easily work from home or you can plug in your ethernet cord for faster service. Nest Thermostat. Keyless entry pad. Close to restaurant row, Barefoot landing and many golf courses. We are nestled in-between 2 residential areas in the northern part of Myrtle beach. Our Condo is centrally located to all of Myrtle Beach's great attraction and restaurants. Just a short drive away from one of the most thrilling districts in the area: the Boardwalk, where you can shop at a menagerie of boutiques and souvenir shops, as well as quick-service and table-service dining! Bring the kids along and spend some time in the Fun Plaza Arcade or at the Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum! Also, within a short drive to any number of other amazing Myrtle Beach attractions, including Broadway at the Beach, Market Commons shopping area, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, and Myrtle Waves Water Park! We own another 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Unit in this same complex so if you are traveling with friends or family and need another unit we can help with that if its available. We also welcome your furr babies! Dogs are allowed on the beach before 10am and after 5pm Memorial day to Labor Day and anytime the rest of the year! We allow up to 2 dogs. The pet fee is $100 for the first pet and $50 for the second. Please let us know upon booking if you will be bringing a pet along with the breed and size. The pet must be approved prior to arrival. There were a couple of small things that needed to be fixed - like curtin rod coming out of the wall and the microwave handle. The owner offered to have the handyman come and fix them while we were there, but we opted to have them be fixed after we left. We were unable (unwilling?) to use the dryer because when we opened it, there was a puddle of water in it. We LOVE that we were able to bring our dog! This property had no rugs, presumably because it allows pets, but it always felt like we could never get the sand off of oue feet in the house. The property also has no board games, beach chairs, etc. This wasn't a problem, but I figured shoukd be mentioned in case you're used to staying someplace that provides those things.The pool was great and the water temperature was perfect! ##### Samantha L. The pool area was fun. This place was close to just about everything, 10-15 mins max within driving distance and 5 mins or less of walking to two restaurants, gas station, the beach or an ice cream shop. Any questions or concerns we had, Dawson was quick to respond and helpful on coming up with a solution. Our biggest issue was the floor. It felt uneven, especially on the 2nd floor of the unit (3rd in the condo). One bathroom was so pitched that we felt like we were in a fun house. The dryer had an old smell to it and had condensation. The washing machine had mold build up on the rubber around the opening. In the other bathroom of the feeling chipped off while we were out to dinner. We brought these things to Dawson's attention. Overall, it was a good stay but some adjustments need to be made. ##### Joe R. Condo was super close to the beach and a short, easy walk! We packed a collapsible wagon full of our beach gear, and were having fun in the sun in no time! Both bedrooms have their own bathroom attached, and the beds were pretty comfy! It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit so we could do laundry each day, and we really appreciate the condo being pet friendly. The neighborhood felt safe and we had an incredible time on our vacation! There was one slight “hiccup” when we tried to check in to the condo, and both the host and VRBO were very quick to rectify the situation. Host was quick to respond to my questions about the condo leading up to our trip, and would definitely stay here again given the opportunity! ##### Sarah M. Check in was smooth, they allow a pet which was critical for our family.
