I cleaned it! The towels were bleached. No replacement on towelettes no cleaning. Couch stained with Im hoping sweat stains. They were also very arrogant about my requests via text. Staffing in person was very nice. It turns out it was with a rental agency. They were not familiar with the property at all. Sent us to the wrong tower, gave wrong info in regard to the unit and I had to call for info.
