Convenient Location

Loved watching the parasailing and banana boats from the balcony. Easy rental of those directly on the beach at the condo as well as beach chairs and umbrellas. The city bus stops at the condo and offers great coverage of the area. The balcony furniture was nice and sturdy. The pool wasn't cleaned as well as it should have. The queen bedrooms were small than they seem in the pictures. Overall our stay was good

The condo was beautiful. The view was fantastic. Check in was quick and the office was conveniently located. Tracey checked me in and she was very thorough. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pans and utensils I would highly recommend.

Great Beach Stay!

Great location to the beach. Great views. The beds were comfortable. We did not have enough towels for 6 people but we came prepared. The kitchen was well stocked. The unit itself could use a really good cleaning. Great vacation overall.

Crescent Shores

My 3 Sons & I had a great week at Crescent Shores. The description & pictures were very accurate. The property was great including the pools & access to the beach. The only thing I’d recommend is that the host provides beach gear including beach towels, chairs, umbrella & cooler. I was able to rent them but it’s an expense that could’ve been eliminated. Having to pack 5 beach towels was inconvenient for packing purposes. Other than that, we all loved it & would stay there again.

Decent Stay, Great location.

The only thing that was a bit petty was that they charged me $75 because a recliner was moved from one side of the bed to another and “they had to pay several guys to move it back.” The other couple in our group (the husband) move it to be able to get to the balcony better.

spring break at Crescent Shores

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very nice unit with great beach view. Very spacious, good furniture and bedding. Minor comments -- cookware could be upgraded, very few pots and they were pretty scratched up, the towels are Holiday Inn grade -- given the towel fee, they should be much nicer. Lot of maintenance going on, the lazy river was closed and the parking deck was being powerwashed which forced us to move the car. But we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again.

Snowbird Getaway Jan-March

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a wonderful 3 months at Crescent Shores 807. Well stocked unit, master bedroom had a comfortable bed, furniture very nice although the rocking chairs may need to be updated soon. Elevators were being replaced, but should be finished by summer. Crescent Shores is very well taken care of, inside and out. We liked having covered parking across the street. Nice location in North Myrtle Beach. ODVR is a wonderful company to deal with. Quick response to any request we had, or if something in the unit needed attention. We will be back!

Nice condo and beautiful view

We had 9 women in this condo for a Ladies Bible study retreat. Our age range was 45-83. We really enjoyed our location of the condo and view of the ocean. Right on the beach! Decorated nicely and plenty of room for games and activities. The only issues were 1, the washer didn't work and was not able to be repaired or replaced. With 9 ladies, that was a huge inconvenience. 2. The shower head in the master bedroom kept falling off and eventually could not be put back on. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend this condo to others. Hope to return in the future )but definitely will check if washer is in working condition.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not every thing was as it was described to us , even after doing our home work and asking a lot of questions. The pools were not heated as promised , there were roaches in the unit , the carpet in the living area was stained and damaged, and we were accused of damages that were not done by us. We even left before our time was up , we had had enough. Don't use these people , go with the pros. when renting at the beach.

Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a nice location.Quiet & not too close to attractions.We didn't mind driving.The condo can definitely use some detailing.Needs an all over fresh coat of paint and lighter colors in the guest rooms(paint and bed coverings).Musty smell in the closets.The master shower door needs some major cleaning.Mold around the caulking and sink faucets in the master looked corroded and one leaked.All the toilets needed a better cleaning.Beds were just ok.There wasn't a blow dryer(listed in description & reported to managing company).The pool area had no chairs(had to sit/lay on the concrete).Check out was different(left on Sunday). Where we left the binder(incl parking & pool passes)was not secure.Anyone could have easily stolen the passes leaving the renter financially responsible for the contents in the binder.
