The view is nice. There's room for two to sit on the balcony (not side by side), but that's about it. The couch in the living room is a hide-a-bed. So, while it will give you some extra sleeping space, along with the Murphy bed (which we never pulled out), it did not sit well. Like most such couches, it sinks when you sit down on it. Not very comfortable. There is a ceiling fan in the room, but it is over the small dining table. And there is NOT a ceiling fan in the bedroom area. And if it's humid, like it was when we were there, you will want to bring one of your own. Bathroom and kitchen were adequate. Unusual for us, we did not do much cooking at all. A pizza cutter would be a nice addition to the unit.
When the building is full, that is a lot of people accessing the pool areas. One look at what the water was like, and my wife had no interest in getting in. We also observed the older, larger men that seemed to just enjoy standing in the lazy river, using the side as their personal bar top for their beer. Since they do not provide inner tubes, it doesn't function well.
The beach area is pretty nice. Lifeguard stations along the way. You can rent/reserve umbrellas, but clearly all that were set out were already reserved before we arrived. Even though there were a lot of people, it still wasn't bad.
The area is nice and doesn't take long to get to pretty much anywhere you want to go.
I might stay again, but probably consider other units, hopefully for less money.
