Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Children's Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! Short wonderful getaway, great value

My family and I were in Myrtle Beach for a short visit and stayed at the Patricia Grand Resort. Everything was perfect, from the location (near Broadway at the Beach), the view and the comfort and price of the room. We will definitely return in the future and book with Vrbo when we do it.

Wasted money

Room and bathroom was smaller than depicted. Not clean and in serious need of renovation. Listing for room did not represent that facility is equivalent of a dog kennel. Barking dogs everywhere even next door unit. When we selected not pet friendly room we didn’t expect them on our floor and running all over Property.

This place was a JOKE. We arrived from Ohio around 3pm check in isn’t until 4 but was hoping to pay for early check in but the receptionist told us our room wouldn’t be ready till 4 so no biggie we headed to the store. We came back at 4 and was told they were cleaning our room still and it would be ready soon it then hit 4:20 so we went up and asked what was going on and got told the EXACT same thing that they were cleaning our room.(during this time we saw a cleaning lady texting under the stairs for at least 15 minutes) we went back up at 4:40 and were told she didn’t know what was going on but she would grab the manager. we waited again another 20 minutes and at 5 we went up again and asked for a manager she again told us she didn’t know what was going on and she would grab a manager I informed her she told us that last time and no manager has came. at about 5:20 (no manager talked to us as well as our frozen food being nasty now) we got into our room. ONE person PEED and the toilet over flowed everywhere. the manager didn’t CALL until the next day around noon. We got $75 back. on our 4th day there was a baby roach in OUR room. maintenance argued with us that it wasn’t when clearly it was… (have pictures) there was huge roaches all over the parking garage and that’s when we decided to pack up and leave. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HORRIBLE PLACE.

Wowww j ai adoré cette chambre qui était équipé d une mini cuisine frigo de grandeur régulière, poele et micro-ondes il y avait quelques chaudrons et vaisselle pour cuisiner. Les lit etait bien, la salle de bains parcontre était petite mais le plus merveilleux c est la vue qu on a sur la mer de la chambre jusqu'au balcon. Dans cette hotel tout a bien été pensée on est pas loins des piscines, bain a remous et de la plage. Sur la plage on peut même louer 1 parasol et 2 chaises pour 50$/jour sinon on peut apporter les notres mais les tentes de plages ne sont pas acceptés . On a passé une belle semaine

Great alternative to a Hotel room

This unit is a great alternative to a hotel room, the location so conveniently located to all that there is to do in the Myrtle Beach area, the staff is very attentive. I did have one issue with the unit, unfortunately we found 2 “Palmetto Bugs” aka American cockroach or Florida woods cockroach. When we advised the front desk of this, they simply told us that unfortunately these are part of the area, and commonly come in when the balcony door is opened, and told us that they don’t spray for those. This unfortunately was bothersome. My other concern isn’t as much with the resort building but with there parking accommodations, parking is across the street in a multi level parking garage, however if your vehicle larger, you will have a difficult time in maneuvering between the different levels.

Quick trip

The room was very clean. No issues checking in very friendly. We requested extra towels and received them with no issues. It is a pet friendly hotel an yes we heard the occasional dog bark it didn't bother me, it made me miss my dog tho ☺ the kitchen area was stocked, bathroom stocked with toiletries, beds were comfortable and the view of the ocean was awesome. We did have to wait for a while on the elevator only because it was check out time. Not really that big of a deal tho. I hope to be able to stay in this room again. Pools, hot tubs and lazy river was all nice. Ocean and beach was amazing!!

Perfect Getaway

Room was nice and clean. Pools and hot tubs were great..even had a DJ on Friday and Saturday. Wll eat at on-site restaurant on our next visit. We ended up extending our vacation by a day..just didn't want to leave.

Good stay

The view was of the ocean. Staff were very friendly, especially in the restaurant. Maintenance came immediately to fix the balcony door.
