The property needs to be updated. There are at least a half a dozen places that need fixed: The bathroom floor, needs recalled, it is deteriorated. The paint/wood on the bathroom vanity is missing a very large piece of wood. The piece of rubber at the bottom of the sink counter is missing an entire piece of the baseboard. One of the knobs on the stove is missing. There is a nasty stain on the wall, I would’ve cleaned it, but it looked gross. ##### Kimberley H. We where very pleased with our room and the resort everything was outstanding. The Patricia grand is located on N. Ocean Ave. and has little-to-no front access. Which means that bringing your car up to the front to load up your luggage upon checkout is going to take a long time. I don’t know how many rooms the Patricia grand turns over but they do not have enough elevator service to handle the demand. Waiting for an elevator upon checkout took over 30 minutes. This was my first and last time visiting this establishment. They do mention that the facility is a no smoking establishment, but every time we opened up the door to our balcony, we were greeted with the disgusting and low class sent of cigarettes and marijuana. Those scents suited the Patricia grand. There was loud and obnoxious music played into the late hours and early in the morning. Quite a low-class establishment for the price. ##### Robert C.
