This property is a Myrtle Beach landmark and features an expansive pool deck with indoor and outdoor pools. On-site you will find the Ground Floor Cafe, proudly serving Starbucks and sweet treats. Indigo Coastal Kitchen on the second floor is open for breakfast and dinner. Hours vary by season. During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

Great stay for a great price

I highly recommend! It had a great ocean view, soft beds, clean room, close in proximity to all attractions, a parking garage, heated pool and an affordable onsite restaurant

Rooms were a little dated, door code was a little difficult at times and did not appreciate barking dogs that are allowed at the resort. Pools were great and location to beach was great. Staff not very friendly and rude most of the time.

The fridge made an awful sound at night which woke up. The bottom of the frodge was bery dirty was not cleaned. Inside theotoilet nowl had wring around it. One of the sheets was stained. We loves the differences varieties of pools. Pet was aloud and that was wonderful for us

Great place bad guests

Property was as listed and very clean. However, it was quite loud and the balcony smelled like weed. From speaking to other guests this seemed like a common issue. Not bad but don’t know if I’d stay again.

Room had a strange odor. We were asked to strip the beds and when the mattress pad was taken off the mattress had stains on it. Glad we didn’t know that when we first arrived.

Okay, could be better, loved the room

The staff is so friendly, the room is great, the shower does not spray hard. But I was under the impression that the pool outside was heated. It’s not, plus inside pools are to close and loud. I read reviews and this is why I got this place. But other then the indoor pools being close to each other and also the pool outside being cold, it’s okay. Could be worse!!

Very dog friendly

Loved staying here with my family and my golden mix girl, the room was very clean and confortable, we stayed in room 1036 it has a side view of the ocean and I was very happy with that. My dog had an awesome time meeting other dogs as well. I will be returning to Patricia Grand next year.

Nice Place To Stay

It's a nice place. They've changed the pet policy which we didn't realize. So we had to take our dogs back home to be boarded and come back. Other than that we had a good trip. I wish they'd go back to letting people have their larger dogs especially if they are well behaved. Sometimes bigger dogs are better behaved than smaller dogs. I'm sure it's an insurance thing though. I know we won't stay again because we are looking into other dog friendly options. Other than that it's been a good place to stay over the years. Hate to see that end for us but such is life.

Patricia Grand by Vacasa is Splendid!

The room was terrific! The view was spectacular! The indoor pool and outdoor pools are grand plus the hot tubs so relaxing! The lazy river was so pleasurable! The places to eat and drink was yummy!
