This 1200sq ft recently renovated condo is a 5 min walk to the beach and is on the first floor of a 9-unit complex. You can enjoy some R&R away from the hustle of Ocean Blvd and the larger resorts. Don't worry about having to wait on the elevator either- you'll quickly get all your vacation supplies through the front door. The complex also features an outdoor pool that is open from April 1st to October 1st. Enjoy 1200 sq ft of newly renovated space with an open flow concept. There are only 2 small steps to get to the front door. Most of the year you may be the some of the only renters at the complex. The fully equipped kitchen serves as a central gathering space. We provide a coffee pot, toaster, all dishes, silverware and pots and pans for easily cooking at home meals when your away! Both bedrooms have a king-size bed and closet, and the primary bedroom features an ensuite bath. The second bedroom is adjacent to the second bathroom. This condo has plenty of natural light with two large sliding doors, one of which goes out to the covered patio for indoor-outdoor living. The unit also includes a washer and dryer for guests to use. You have easy access to the shared pool deck at this quiet beach getaway. Technology - Both bedrooms and living room have smart tv's which allows you to log into any of your streaming accounts and watch. We also have basic cable. Wifi is available to easily work from home or you can plug in your ethernet cord for faster service. Nest Thermostat. Keyless entry pad. Close to restaurant row, Barefoot landing and many golf courses. We are nestled inbetween 2 residential areas in the northern part of Myrtle beach. Our Condo is centrally located to all of Myrtle Beach's great attraction and restaurants. Just a short drive away from one of the most thrilling districts in the area: the Boardwalk, where you can shop at a menagerie of boutiques and souvenir shops, as well as quick-service and table-service dining! Bring the kids along, and spend some time in the Fun Plaza Arcade or at the Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum! Also within a short drive to any number of other amazing Myrtle Beach attractions, including Broadway at the Beach, Market Commons shopping area , Family Kingdom Amusement Park, and Myrtle Waves Water Park! We own another 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Unit in this same complex so if you are traveling with friends or family and need another unit we can help with that if its available. We also welcome your furr babies! Dogs are allowed on the beach before 10am and after 5pm Memorial day to Labor Day and anytime the rest of the year! We allow up to 2 dogs. The pet fee is $100 for the first pet and $50 for the second. Please let us know upon booking if you will be bringing a pet along with the breed and size. The pet must be approved prior to arrival. Any damage the pet causes will be charged upon check out. Snow Birds we do offer longer stay discounts. Message us for more info on discounts and lenght of time! The cleaning fee includes full cleaning upon check-out and inspection. It Also includes all clean linens including sheets, comforters, bath towels and wash cloths. Starter rolls of toliet paper and paper towels based on your length of stay. We have a washer and dryer but do not provide laundry detergent. Please bring your own Beach towels. This is not a hotel so the unit will not be cleaned daily. It's a close walk to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. The pool was nice and we had everything we needed. It was also nice that we could bring our dog. The overall cleanliness was lacking including the bottom of our feet were black the first day from walking on the hardwood. The pictures looked so nice online, but the linens/bedding were not the same and carpets were stained. You can hear every noise being made above you, which our dogs didn’t like of course. We had to leave the windows open because of the smell. Host did say she would communicate to the cleaners. There was strange popping noises in the walls during the night. Not sure what those were. We were really hoping for better since again the pictures were so nice on the listing. We’ve stayed at another Vrbo property before that allowed dogs and didn’t have any of these problems. ##### Carson W. The exterior painting on the doors should be considered soon. It is 1/2 block from Ocean Ave if you want close beach access. Parking is good. Close walk to beach and great location. Would definitely stay again. Clean and neat. Loved being able to take our small Goldendoodle. I rent a lot of VRBO properties, and this is by far the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was open and plenty big enough for myself, my daughter-in-law, and my two teenage granddaughters. It was a huge bonus that they were able to bring their furbabies! It was perfect walking distance to the beach, but having the pool steps away from the back door made it all the better! Getting in touch with the owner was incredibly easy and the one time that I had to reach out, it was my own fault. I had not checked my messages for the entry codes, which it turns out, had been sent to me prior to my arrival. The condo had everything we needed or could have wanted. I highly recommend this property and if I’m ever in the Myrtle Beach area I would most definitely rent this again. ! ##### Cathy T. Place looked great as pictured & close to beach. Upstairs neighbors were not quiet during silent hours, but we did not report it until leaving. We didn't think there was anything we could do, but host said we should’ve informed her sooner. Prefer softer mattresses. Aside from these 2 minor details, it was a great stay. ##### Karen B. The location was great with easy access to the beach and food. Took several walks to the beach. Loved being on the first floor and having the pool right outside our door. Parking is right there which is great. The owner was responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend this property when visiting the area. ##### Trish F. It has nice decor and it was clean and a first floor unit. It is only 2 blocks from the beach and a quick walk, 5 minutes. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Very clean place, great kitchen, and access to the pool (the screen door mesh was out near the handle when we arrived). Very minor issue. Loved the furniture and layout of the place. Great television sets in each room and WiFi was perfect. Loved the place and family all said they'd love stay there again. Great communication from the property manager too! ##### J C.
