The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The house had every amenity you could think of from juicer to children’s knives and forks. The owner was super attentive to any questions we had and gave us some fantastic restaurant suggestions. He came and cleaned the pool early every morning and rearranged the furniture Never heard him once. If you like walkability, this place is perfect. A four minute walk to the new and modern supermarket. And that is also the center of the town. The beach you could hit with a stone, a steep walk down to the beach, but paved steps down. There were also inflatables to use and a beautiful welcome basket upon arrival. We are recommending this place to our friends and would return. Lastly, the village was perfect for a family vacation about a dozen restaurants, a cute port, but nothing too crazy. The town of Bali a 10 minute taxi ride away has more nightlife if you need that. ##### Jacqueline P. Our group was comprised of five firends from Colorado; the fact that each bedroom has an on-suite bathroom was very much appreciated, but just one of the Villa's great features. There was also the killer view, the well-appointed kitchen, the secure parking, the washer and dryer, the gas grill, the two large dining tables (inside and outside), the lovely welcome basket, the fully stocked pantry, and just everything we needed for a great stay. In addition, the services of Valia before our arrival and Manolis on site were so kind and helpful. We were able to have an amazing dinner at the Villa with Chef Kostas (you really must do that), plus a private boat ride one day, plus Manolis was available to answer any questions about the property and take care of the smallest details, such as getting us a lighter for the candles. I have been to many vacation rentals; this one is at the top of the list, by a big margin. ##### Edgar N. The villa is in a perfect location, with wonderful sea views and a five minute walk to the beach and the delightful town, with its lovely restaurants. The villa was spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a great holiday. Lovely comfy beds, a very well equipped kitchen and amazing outside space and pool. Valia from ThinkVilla provided great service throughout the booking process and Manolis the owner met us on arrival and was always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. I really can’t recommend this villa enough and will hopefully visit again soon!!! ##### Bridget D. Gleichzeitig ist das Haus kindersicher durch Treppenschutz etc. Es hat einen tollen Pool mit abgetrenntem kleinen Kinderbereich und Blick aufs Meer. Der Garten ist riesig und bietet für Klein und Groß jede Menge Spielmöglichkeiten. Es mangelt an nichts! Manolis ist super nett, aufmerksam und unaufdringlich. Zur Begrüßung gab es bereits ein Essens- und Getränke-Welcome Paket. Einfach ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder ##### Sandra S. Séjour de 7 nuits en mai 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Torben F., Münster, Germany 7 sept. 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Traumhaus in idealer Lage Wir (6 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben zwei Wochen in der modern eingerichteten SeaSideVilla (Baujahr 2020) verbracht. Mit insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmern (jedes mit eigenem Bad samt Dusche und WC), einem Wohnraum inkl. großem Tisch für 8 Personen sowie angeschlossener offener Küche inklusive Theke bietet das Haus viel Raum und Luxus gleichermaßen. Die Küche ist umfassend ausgestattet, es mangelt weder an Utensilien noch an Geräten. Besonders schön ist der Außenbereich gelungen. Mit diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten, vielen Liegen, einem großen Pool sowie Grillbereich und einer angeschlossenen Gartenanlage ist viel Platz für die private Entfaltung geboten. Das Gelände ist von außen nahezu uneinsehbar, bietet gleichzeitig aber einen schönen und unverbauten Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus ist dabei so orientiert, dass sich immer ein Schattenplatz finden lässt, gleichzeitig ist der Pool nahezu immer in der Sonne. In der privaten Einfahrt mit eigenem Tor können bis zu zwei PKWs problemlos abgestellt werden. Abgerundet wird das traumhafte Objekt durch seine ideale Lage. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich nur das "Schwesterhaus", wodurch ein ruhiger Aufenthalt gewährleistet ist. Oberhalb der Objekte sind lediglich einige Häuser in Privatbesitz - von hier ist allenfalls der allmorgendliche Sonnengruß eines Hahns zu vernehmen. Gleichzeitig sind sowohl das Ortsinnere mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants als auch der Strand fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Insbesondere Gut hat uns das gleichermaßen freundliche wie unaufdringliche Verhalten des Vermieters gefallen. Manolis und seine Frau sind jederzeit erreichbar, haben auf unsere Anfragen sehr zügig reagiert und uns mit wertvollen Tipps und Hinweisen versorgt. Insgesamt ist die Villa SeaSide uneingeschränkt auch für einen größeren Familienurlaub zu empfehlen: "5/5 - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!" ##### Torben F. Séjour de 14 nuits en août 2021
