Location Overview Koin Villa Sunrise is located in Perama town which is within 15 minutes walking distance to everything that you might need like shops, bakery, grocery store, butcher’s, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office. Also Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, 10 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised. The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, well equipped, very comfortable and the villa and outside space had everything we needed. We loved the pool, perfect for the kids, not too deep with some fun features. Lovely outside BBQ area. The location was ideal with a small local town and 30 minutes from the main town and close to the sea. The hosts were very welcoming, responded to contact quickly but not intrusive. They delivered some delicious treats during our stay. I would highly recommend this villa! ##### Daniela S. Séjour de 14 nuits en juillet 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Christoph und Helga H., Munich 21 mai 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### perfekter Aufenthalt Wir waren Ende April / Anfang Mai für drei Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Lage war für uns perfekt, es war ruhig, und doch konnten wir innerhalb von ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto am Strand sein. Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Die ganze Anlage ist gut gepflegt, die Besitzer kümmern sich um alles. Wir hatten noch nie ein Ferienhaus das so ordentlich und sauber war. Es kam alle drei Tage jemand zum Reinigen und hat die Betten frisch bezogen und die Handtücher gewechselt. Die Besitzer haben uns auch Essen gekocht, als Aufmerksamkeit, hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt. Da es im April doch noch kühler war, haben wir den Pool heizen lassen, das hat super geklappt, wir konnten ihn jeden Tag nutzen. Auch der Aussenbreich zum Essen ist sehr schön und praktisch. Da gibt es nochmal Geschirr und Gläser und einen Kühlschrank. Internet war im ganzen Haus sehr gut, wie eigentlich überall auf Kreta. Wir haben nichts vermisst und würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Der Kontakt sowohl zu den Eigentümern, als auch zu der Agentur (Valia von Think Villa) war perfekt und es wurde immer umgehend geantwortet. Rund um ein perfektes Haus für einen wundervollen Urlaub auf Kreta. ##### Christoph und Helga H. Die Bilder schaffen es nicht dem gerecht zu werden. Die Besitzer sind sehr zuvorkommend und das Haus wurde 2x die Woxhe grundgereinigt. Wir bekamen sogar 2x etwas zu essen.
