The staff was nice, albeit not very helpful. They told us about the bus transportation that was right outside of our hotel, but failed to mention the bus would be 20+ minutes late at times, or not arrive at all. If you have foreign tourists, you definitely need to make it clear that the transportation is not reliable, especially if it’s the only form and if not, you’ll be walking on the side of the road on a cliff. They recommended us a place to get a COVID test done, but also failed to mention the steep cost of 60 euros for it. Definitely something you might want to make tourists aware of, especially non-Europeans. Their breakfast was fine - not great, but free. We asked them for some help with coordinating stuff for our trip and they couldn’t even do that correctly - we had to go back and ask them to redo it, which was frustrating, as it was JUST printing a piece of paper. Finally, the atmosphere was definitely not relaxed. There was about five times between my partner and I where we were awaken by screaming children. If you’re going to cater to everyone, then make sure EVERYONE is enjoying it. I also found a random dried contact on the side table - it was not mine, and I was the only contact wearer in the trip, so that was a little disgusting.
