It was also conveniently located, only 5-10 minutes walk from Fabrika bus station (which goes directly to various beaches and the airport), Little Venice, and many bars and restaurants. Elena was a fantastic host; she stayed in contact with us throughout our trip and recommended some lovely spots to eat and shop. It’s in the heart lf Mykonos Town, yet each house has a private backyard. It is very quiet. The host Nondas came to pick us up at the old port to walk us to the property so we don’t get lost. He was great and attentive, I could text him whenever we needed anything. Serene and comfortable. This is a boutique hotel so do NOT expect the amenities you would find at one. Two large bottles of water, instant coffee, sugar, soap and dishwashing liquid, along with towels and, of course, bed linens were included. Television and books were also in the room in case you need to decompress from the excitement of Old Town. Host was excellent, went out of his way to offer recommendations (all of which were on point, seriously, follow his recommendations) and was always available if we had any questions or just to chat. Our studio is the nearest one to the main gate (very unsafe).They didn't even apologise in person. They overcharged us for the local/tourist tax and said they would refund us.
