Villa Ermione is a luxury vacation home in the wonderful island of Mykonos, close to the airport and as well to several services such as restaurants, shops and as well some of most beautiful beaches of the island.  
  
\===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====  
The property features a wonderful outside area with a private swimming pool of over 50 square meters equipped with elegant sunlounges, from pool is possible to admire some of most amazing sunsets of the island!! There is also a BBQ and a covered patio where to organize al fresco meals, guest will enjoy the use of the basketball court as well.  
  
Villa Ermione develops in three floors of elegance and comfort covering over 330 square meters. At the ground floor there is a large a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed. At the upper floor there is a large living room with ab balcony overlooking the sea.  
the lower floors -1 there is a double bedroom with a single sofa bed, a walk in closet and private bathroom; second double bedroom overlooking the pool and balcony as well with private shower room; and a third double bedroom, private bathroom with pool and garden view.  
on the lowest floor -2 there are two double bedrooms each with one single sofa bed, private bathroom, and a third double bedroom, still with a single sofa bed and a large walk in closet. Complete this floor a laundry room.  
the villa has air conditioning, internet wifi, private parking, Music Speaker Individually-controlled, daily cleaning service.

Mykonos is the island for everyone, for those who love travelling alone, for those who are looking for a bit of worldliness; for those who want to transgress and for romantics, looking for breathtaking views and poignant sunsets.  
This wonderful island is famous for its striking whitewashed houses, colourful windows, flowered balconies and narrow streets. Of course there are beaches, bars, restaurants, and all that is needed to meet the needs of millions of visitors. In periods of low season when the island is not overcrowded, it shows its most authentic face, giving guests the opportunity to explore enchanting landscapes and rare beauty scenery.

Rental rules:

Minimum stay 5 nights. Arrival day is flexible.  
A damage deposit of € 1500, has to be paid upon arrival and it is refundable at the end of the stay.  
Rates are for 12 people, extra 4 kids are allowed to stay at the price of Euro 25,00 per kid per night.  
Parties or events are not allowed.
