Sea Front Sunset Villa is built in the most privileged position in a private residence of 360 sqm in the South West side of Mykonos named Pouli offering complete tranquility combined with breathtaking views and the best sunsets of the island.  
This private property is located in one of the most distinct areas of the island with uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea and the Cycladic Islands of Delos, Syros, Tinos.  
  
Delos is one of the few places in the world which exude spirituality and energy , sending positive vibes to any visitor who comes near. From the property Delos is so close that you can enjoy a rare golden sunset over the island of Delos and could feel a positive energy drifting across the water, putting things back into the right perspective..  
  
Great ocean front villa with a wonderful pool and patio setup, which offers plenty of entertainment space.  
  
A King size jacuzzi is placed on the deck by the pool from where breathtaking views and sunsets will be experienced!  
  
A renovation has been accomplished upgrading the villa to a luxury one!  
  
The new professional photos will be ready by the end of January!  
  
The house and bedrooms are tastefully decorated with a cozy lounge area.  
  
Sea Front Sunset Villa is ideal since there is direct access to the sea. A 20 meters private stone path leads to the sea offering the ideal location for experiencing the amazing sunsets, the energising sound of the sea and swim when the weather permits. A relaxing and rejuvenating spot!  
  
The Sea Front Villa has 180 degrees views, spacious terraces, a large infinity edged swimming pool with 3 covered pergolas, an outdoor dining area, 3 large built in seating areas and comfortable sun beds.  
  
Cosy modern amenities and elegant decoration with wooden furniture pieces and handpicked decorative objects gives the villa a unique "personality".  
  
The villa contains 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms.  
The villa is built on three levels:  
  
On the first level which is in the ground floor overlooking the pool and the sea is the kitchen, the living and dining room, and a bathroom.  
  
On the second level are 2 master bedrooms with breathtaking views overlooking the swimming pool, the sea, the islands of Delos and Tinos and the entrance to Mykonos harbour!  
  
On the third level is a master bedroom with the same breathtaking views!  
At the pool area are 2 master bedrooms with independent entrances with views to the pool and the sea!  
There is a spacious parking for 5 cars at the property. A remote sliding carrage door secures the whole property.  
  
All the rooms are delightfully decorated with exceptional attention to detail and comfort. Every room is equipped with air condition, safety box and hair dryer.  
  
The whole property is covered with fast WIFI( STARLINK by Elon Mask). Washing and drying appliances are provided along with an iron and iron board.  
  
The highlight of the villa besides the modern interior and the spacious master en-suite 5 bedrooms is the pool outdoors area!  
  
The pool area is very spacious ideal for group garherings comfortably accomodating bachelor, bithday and wedding events!  
  
A wooden deck covers a big area around the pool where guests sunbath on comfortable wooden deck beds. 3 built in sofa sitting areas are at the pool area together with a POOL BAR, a barbeque and a sound sound system with speakers!.  
  
The place has up to art the latest security alarm systems and cctv coverage!  
  
The villa is only 5-7 mins drive from Mykonos town and very close to Ornos, Agios Ioannis, Platis Yialos and Psarou beaches. Restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, dry cleaners, confectionery and other supply stores are located only 3min drive.
