We stayed for two nights, the service was great everyone very attentive, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast which is included is fenomenal!!! I highly recommend this hotel for your vacation!!! I forgot to mention the lobby has one the best view of Mykonos!!!!!

Great place to stay in Mykonos
We stayed a week at the hotel and we had a great time . The location is fantastic with a view of the whole town and port .the pool is large and overlooking the town .the service is friendly and efficient.the room we had was spacious with a balcony and a view.The buffet breakfast has everything you would want. If we were to come back to Mikonos we would definitely stay there again

Incredible hotel with 5 star service! Sophia is absolutely wonderful and will make sure you have an amazing stay! Chris (the driver), Chris (the night manager) and Chris (the bartender) are also lovely and very helpful. The view is stunning and the sunset is perfection. Highly, highly, highly recommend this hotel (and I’m extremely picky)!

Beautiful hotel with amazing views of old town and the sea even just from the lobby, pictures do not do it justice! Rooms are simple and clean, bed very comfortable. The staff are so warm and helpful - I believe they gave us a better view room since it's our honeymoon. The breakfast spread is solid. Quick walk up/down the hill to everything in old town or the bus stop. Only minor negatives for us are that our airport transfer was late, and the hallways are noisy due to thin walls and people who came to the island to party, but overall doesn't take away from the hotel

The most amazing view! Lovely breakfast, kind staff. Absolutely perfect location for a 5 night stay! The pool was great, cocktails were delicious. Near the town which is the place to be, easy to get a cheap bus to the beaches. Rented an ATV nearby which was fun, also near the brewery. Good food choices for dine-in and delivery!

Pros: complimentary shuttle to/from ferry port or airport, friendly Staff, pool & pool bar, and location. Cons: Bathroom wasn’t as clean as we’d hoped (drain worms) and we were rushed to leave without being able to eat breakfast because another couple needed to get to the airport (8 mins away) and the hotel wanted to shuttle us together, even though our flight was delayed and we had plenty of time to eat if we wanted to.

My second time staying at Alkyon. Very clean. Great breakfast (included.) Sweeping views of the town & sea from the pool and dining area, as well as many rooms. Big pool, with bartender, towels, and even light lunch (fee.) Best parts: quiet neighborhood, only 10 minute walk to windmills or to the new port. Fastest route to walk does include steps to climb. There is a longer route to avoid any steps to climb. Otherwise front desk can call a taxi or show you the bus stop right by the hotel. So happy I returned to Alkyon.

Amazing hotel
Amazing place! Location was just 5 minute walk from the center part which meant you get the views. Place and decor was amazing and really clean! Very good in arranging transfers from and to the port which meant everything was really easy and stress free.

AMAZING STAY!
We received a complimentary pickup from the port, and since our room was ready, an early check-in was possible. Walking distance from the Old town in Mykonos, but not so much as to fuss with luggage in the streets without vehicle access. You can party ‘til late night, and still walk to the hotel with no problems at all. View from the pool was top-notch. The staff was extremely helpful, and kind. I woukd definitely recommend The Alkyon.

Check in was not great. Bags were taken and left in an open area where they did not seem to be safe, so I personally carried th to my room. Also room amenities were not stocked daily like toiletries, which was bad. Also half of the bulbs in the room were fused. This is not a 4 star hotel. At best 3. Views r only good from pool. Sea Views from rooms are all obstructed

Lovely place
A very nice, spacious, comfortable hotel a 10 minute stroll to Mykonos town, a great location as a lot of accommodation in Mykonos isn’t walkable, although it’s very steep, be warned! The barman at the pool was particularly lovely and friendly, very comfortable sunloungers with a beautiful view!

I would rate this property a 3/5 for a few reasons. It’s located in a wind tunnel so it’s about 10/15 degrees colder than the rest of the island. My shoes and bag flew away. We couldn’t sit at the pool because the chairs and towels were flying away. The bartender was also extremely rude and not welcoming. The hotel is not located in mykonos town. It’s about a 15/20 minute walk and it’s an unpleasant walk. You have to walk through trash and sewage and a small cave to get to the city center. There are no restaurants, bars or markets within a 15 min walk from the hotel. It was dangerous to walk after 10pm as it was so dark and you could fall down flights of stairs into sewage and trash. The rooms were really nice which is why I’m giving it a 3.

It was a close walk to Mykonos town, a perfect distance from the party scene in the city. The pool has an amazing sunset view and bar. The front desk staff were soooo helpful and nice! Inside the rooms were great too. Also the driver who picked us up and took us back to the port was such a nice guy!
