Les chambres sont grandes et eau chaude. L humidité ambiante malheureusement donne une sensation de fraîcheur et même de froid (pas de chauffage ni de clim) ainsi que des odeurs. Très bon petit déjeuner avec thé au gingembre »

« - Hôtel très bien situé car au calme et à l'écart de l'animation de la ville mais cependant à 2 minutes à pied du centre d'Ella. Nous avons pu faire plusieurs ballades à pied directement au départ de l'hôtel => très belle situation à tous points de vue - Très grande chambre agréable qui ouvre sur une grande terrasse avec une vue extraordinaire sur les environs: le petit Adam's Peak, le Ella Rock et la vallée entre les deux => splendide ! - service très attentionné mais discret - repas...

« This property has such a beautiful view! It is clean, peaceful and safe. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They respondedimmediately to any reques we had. One staff member got up with us at 3:30 in the morning to make sure we safely got on our way for a tour we had booked to Yala. I would stay here again and recommend it highly. »

« ATTENTION, la chambre ayant la vue sur le pont est réservé aux clients booking, il vous faudra payer un supplément de 7$ si vous souhaitez l’avoir. Super, nous avons vraiment bien été accueillis par l’hôte, malgré notre arrivé et départ express au vue de notre programme nous avons pu constater le dévouement de notre hôte pour nous proposer ses services, que ce soit pour le repas, le petit déjeuner ou le déplacement en tuktuk. Nous avions refusé d’avoir un petit déjeuner le matin mais...

"Séjour fantastique dans cet hôtel avec une vue à couper le souffle. L'hôtel est incroyablement situé, juste au dessus de la voie de chemin de fer, et à 5 minutes à pied de la rue principale d'Ella (ça grimpe pour revenir par contre). Superbe piscine, au calme et profitant de la vue. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Les plats sont délicieux (parfois épicés, on est au Sri Lanka), ils servent aussi des cocktails, des lassi etc, et on a eu la chance d'inaugurer le stand de glaces ! Et le top du top : le personnel d'une gentillesse incroyable, un merci tout spécial à Tushara pour son accueil."
