"The room is in a fantastic location, surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars and very close to the beach. It is a very small room, but it worked for us, because my kids liked the futon, but I would not sleep on it as an adult. Overall great value and you will be a wonderful location."

"We LOVED this property and the proximity to the pool was perfect. The townhouse had literally everything we needed except food. Plenty of kitchen items, even small appliances from toaster, can opener, coffee pot, waffle maker, blender. Plenty of cookware and dishes and silverware. My only and this really isn't a complaint was the master downstairs was the double queen, my fault for not reading description thoroughly. We just drug one of the mattresses upstairs for the kids. Great Space! Great...

"This was our first time in Port Aransas and this house did not disappoint. It was in the perfect location close to all the restaurants and close enough to the beach. The included golfcart was definitely an added convenient bonus. We will definitely be back"

"The house was in a great neighborhood. We loved the area. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. We loved everything about it. Neil, the property contact, was very nice and thorough. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Property is good! Couldn’t give a 5 star because of some minor details. 1. Parking tight 2. Grandchild saw old clothes and Cheetos under the bed. I sent pictures. Cleaners didn’t do a good job. 3. Downstairs bathroom shower hard to control temp 4. Kitchen sink water pressure low 5. Garage beach toys disorganized. Tried to leave it better. Dining chair missing but found it broken in the garage. In general I’m satisfied but these things can make it better."

"Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood close to everything"

"Loved the location of this home. It was so close to the beach and the pool and we walked to both. Make sure you have a beach wagon to easily haul your stuff for a day of fun at the beach. Plenty of room for 3 families to share with home able to handle a total of 6 adults and 1 child. Kitchen is spacious and great for cooking meals. The dishwasher is wonderful to have and quietly cleans while you relax. Fridge is fairly new and keeps items cold. Breakfast nook is perfect to gather as is dining...

"I love the set up downstairs only two bed rooms but there is a space outside the rooms with bunk beds and its own bathroom so it almost feels like 3 bedrooms. Master suite upstairs. The pool was definitely a bonus after the hot beach all day. Our family had a great time! Thank you so much."

"Booked specifically for location and dog friendly. Fenced yard was perfect and secure for 90lb Lab. Appreciated large water bowl by faucet. Easy 15 minute walk to beach in the mornings and to area restaurants and IGA. Open layout With ample seating at dining table and living areas."
