Margaritaville is a cottage located just 10 minutes north of Port Carling and 5 minutes from both Port Sandfield and Minett. There is no better location for access to Lake Rosseau and Joe in Muskoka! Plus, with south-facing exposure and waterfront just steps away with a nice new dock with 2 boat slips, escaping to Port Sandfield for morning coffee would become a routine! Location provides easy access to local attractions, amenities, and unique shopping destinations.

MARGARITAVILLE will treat you to peace and privacy immediately upon arrival, with the surrounding woods acting as a natural barrier from the rest of the world. Enjoy Muskoka beauty with south views of Lake Joseph in an extremely quiet bay. As you circle around to the south-facing reverse side of the cottage, you find yourself just steps from one of the Muskoka regions most-sought-after bodies of water: Lake Joseph. Margaritaville does an excellent job bringing together modern design with subtle nods to the traditional. The numerous windows allow for the pouring in of natural light and the sharp white walls reflect that light, creating an unforgettable space. The thoughtfully-finished wood and brick touches adds elegance along with the neutral tones, allowing the outdoor beauty to be appreciated at all times. The cottage is full of high end finishes and creative decorative design elements - all-marble kitchen countertops, two side stone fireplace, stunning wood floors and unique decorative windows, fixtures etc. There are a number of seating areas on the main level including the all-season Muskoka Room and the upper level that divides into two separate wings, allows for multiple lounging areas for you and your 17 other guests. The WOW factor continues at the waterfront with the newly built boathouse with 2 additional bedrooms, full bath, multiple kitchenettes, and a few indoor/outdoor lounging and living spaces.

Bar style seating at island and beautiful round table with wing back upholstered chairs- perfect for quick breakfast.

Stunning live edge table that seats 10 with creative mix of banquet, arm chairs and upholstered barrel chair.   
GREAT ROOM  
Showstopper two sided stone fireplace with heritage wood beam mantle. Floor to ceiling windows, large TV and comfortable over stuffed sofa and chairs.   
LIVING ROOM  
Otherwise known as the card room on the back side of the stone fireplace with large sectional sofa.   
MUSKOKA ROOM  
All season additional living space essentially as an addition to the interior living space. More windows then walls providing more great views if that is possible.
