On Lake Muskoka, near Walker's Point, this ideal, accessible location is 15 minutes to Gravenhurst and 10 minutes to Bala for farmer's markets, dining, shopping and all the amenities. Enjoy a day of hiking at nearby Hardy Lake or Torrance Barrens or make your way by boat to Port Carling and spend the day boating the Big 3!  
  
PROPERTY  
MOONGATE - Take an easy drive up to this lovely cottage where you will find the main building surrounded by solid, new decking with glass railings to enjoy the surrounding views. On the main deck just outside of the dining room you will find a dining table and umbrella with seating for 6\. On the same deck outside of the great room is a large outdoor sofa that seats 6-8 comfortably plus a fire table. Also on the deck for cooking, is a high end gas BBQ for those days you never want to miss a minute outside! The guest (bunkie) deck has a table with seating for 8 and 2 wicker rockers for lounging. Make your way down the steps to the large dock where you will find multiple seating areas; a large outdoor couch and coffee table, a double sun lounger and multiple Muskoka chairs surrounding a metal fire pit for a night of smores. The tree hammock beside the dock is a great spot to catch a quick nap by the lake amid the gentle Lake Muskoka breezes.

This Bermudian inspired kitchen comes fully equipped with high end appliances, a farmhouse sink, and large island with seating for 4.

This open concept great room offers comfortable seating around a large, stone gas fireplace. With the wall of windows and walkout to the deck you won't miss a minute of the beautiful Muskoka surroundings and lake view.

Spacious room with a large sectional, table with 5 chairs and a fire table  
BUNKIE  
As you enter this adorable bunkie you will find a sitting area with sofa, chair, large flat screen TV and within the common space a Queen bed. Additionally, there is a full bathroom and office. Outside is a lovely porch with the same glass railings found at the main cottage so no one misses a minute of the lake view!
