Dirty towels and bed sheets No wonder they had a sign that stated no REFUNDS Customers must have complained in the past I went and requested more towels and linens but no one ever came to the door I went back to the room and tried calling with the phone in the room and it wasn't working at all.Thank God we had our own towels and blankets NEVER AGAIN at this location

The TV did not work when I arrived. The front desk went and got another from a different room. It was hot until about morning time. Stayed uncomfortable. A light lamp was missing. The blow dryer had wires cut but left out by the sink. Definitely a hazard. Tub was gross. People outside at late hours. The bathroom door was kicked off hinges with holes at the bottom of the door. Ridiculous! Why would this be allowed?

The bathroom was very dirty, no towels, no toilet paper or tissues, sheets on one bed was blood stained, could hear everything being said in other rooms. people fighting in parking lot at five a.m..

Not what I expected
I reserved a downstairs room with a king size bed and got a queen size upstairs. In all honesty I don't know if the difference is due to my check in time approx 9:30 pm or some other excuse. My traveling companion and are both large people and have multiple medical issues with our feet and legs and going upstairs is very difficult. The check-out time is a little early(10:00am) and the "continental breakfast" ends at 9:00 am. This left me feeling somewhat rushed in the morning. The room and was clean and I enjoyed having two tables to work with but would have been better if there had been an extra outlet near the table I used for my computer. The shower was nice sized but there was only one set of towels which required a painful trip downstairs to get another set. The staff I dealt with were nice and pleasant offsetting some of my negative feelings about the hotel. Overall an acceptable hotel without a lot of frills good for a quick break.

One night in hell.
Building needs to be condemned. Nothing was clean ( hair in the shower drain, stained bed cover, wet sheets, ect). Three lights in the room one worked. The one desk clerk was rude and acted put out when we complained. By morning all we wanted to do was run. Do not stay here unless your tetanus shots are up to date.

This was the worst room I have ever stayed in. There was only one trash can and it did not even have a bag in it. The wall was crumbling and worst of all it had FLEA'S!!!

I would not recommend this hotel.
Very old and rundown establishment. Upon check-in the gentleman was not friendly or cordial. The hotel room was NON smoking but smelled like an ashtray. The room had dingy towels, a very unpleasant looking shower and the sheets looked like they had not been washed. The TV had no cable and the general environment was uncleanly and not inviting. I would spend extra to NOT stay here. This was a disappointing hotel for sure. I thought by going through expedia that they would have screened the hotels they recommend.

Got the job done
Hotel overall was alright for the price, I wasn't expecting a 5star experience but it deff needs some adjustments. The room was in bad condition, stained dirty towels, dirty sheets, nasty bath room condition, and "complimentary breakfast was a joke". On the other hand wifi was great, A/C worked fine, mini fridge and micro wave, pool, and nice staff! Looking for someplace to rest your head at night it's decent!

Pubic hairs in the unmade bed and ice cold shower
I made the mistake of not checking the bed on arrival. When I went to get it, the bed had not been cleaned. There where hairs all over the sheets. The front desk person was nice enough and apologized, but could not leave the office. She gave me fresh sheets to make it up myself. In the morning I attempted to shower. After wasting 15 minutes of flowing water the shower was still like ice. Then to shave - the sink was backing up and would not drain. It was also obvious the floor had not been vacuumed in some time. There was no manager on duty when I left the next morning, so I wrote up my concerns and left my number for someone to call. Never did. I canceled my return reservation and suggest all do the same.

When we arrived there were hairs pubic or hair both on bathroom floor and bath tub. Urine on toilet and ground around the toilet. They vacuum but do not detail vacuum. There are dust bunny's and hair all in the baseboards. The sink did not work and a plumber had to be brought in during our stay awkward... he did replace it after dripping black plumbing gunk on the floor and bed spread on the way out.

Reserved online. Check-in was easy. Room was ok, but just not quite up to par. Everything seemed old. Probably a good deal for the price, but I'll spend a few dollars more to get better.

The room smelled like urine, the towels were grey and dirty, the tiolet seat was broken, it is right on the highway so the room noise was terrible, I would have left if I could have gotten a refund.

What do you expect for the price. However, the bed was comfy and sheets were clean. They man that checked us in was kinda rude. The next morning we went in the office for coffee and the "continental" breakfast and not even greeted by the other gentleman on duty that morning. Not much of a breakfast so dont get your hopes up. The recliner in the room had a slip cover on it that was dirty and the chair was pretty much worn out. But if you need a place just to catch some cheap zzzzz's it ain't bad.

Got to hotel a little early. Was told in no uncertain terms that we could not see the room because it might not be the one we paid for ahead of time. Check in time is 2:00 and no sooner period. Had a meeting to go to and got back to hotel. Was tired. bathtub looked dirty as if it was left with a ring around it.Bed spread was stained and blanket had I don't know what was on it (bad) also they did not even have plastic lined waste paper baskets. Was not to happy.

Hotel was older and just fair appearance on the outside but clean. The inside of the room was older but newly painted and clean. It was really close to the events at the ball fields and for the money I was very pleased. The staff was very friendly and courtious. I would stay again.

Not the best, but had to take due to other Hotels being filled
My first impression of this hotel from the outside, was not bad at all. When I walked into the lobby as tiny as it was, I began to notice how dark and gloomy it was, more lighting could be used. My room was very clean, heating and AC worked which I was very pleased with. The bathroom was a bit tiny but it met its purpose. I loved the tub/shower curtain. It gave the impression of a open/large showering area, Koodos on that. I wish though that when I left the room for the day that the person or persons who cleaned the rooms would have cleaned my room on a daily basis, EX: due to the need to leave @ a moments notice, I would be gone all day, It would be nice to come back to a room where the beds were made up for you and Extra towels laying on the beds for use and possibly the sink and toilet cleaned. It would have just made my stay a little bit more less stressful, because of what I was dealing with at the time.

Not impressed
I was expecting an adequate facility, with no frills. I was disappointed in how old everything was. Sheets were very worn and yellowed. Everything was "dingy." The mattress was fine, but I couldn't sleep because of the smell of the room (musty/moldy) and the sheets being so worn--I wondered about the cleanliness, etc. The only reason we stayed there was that it was 11:00 pm when we arrived and I didn't want to keep searching for another location.
