Two full bathrooms. Full laundry room inside the unit. Two dedicated parking spaces. Attached deck is perfect for a glass of wine to watch the sun go down, and there is a shared rooftop deck for people watching or sunning! The kitchens are large and well equipped featuring maple cabinets, quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. There are two condos available side by side if you have larger groups. We like to bring friends when we can, so this year we had two other couples with us. We chose the Fortino's Condo because of the location, but it exceeded our expectations. It is in the best spot on Washington Ave, central to shopping, dining, and super close to the waterfront. The rooftop patio was a bonus, and we enjoyed that nightly - people-watching and listening to concerts around the downtown area. We had plenty of room to relax between activities, and it was so nice to be close so we could go and come as we pleased. Parking was easy, right at the foot of the back steps. The only thing I would have loved would have been some folding chairs and/or beach towels/blankets for us to use for waterfront events. Since we fly in, we didn't have those things, and I've stayed at other rentals that provided them. But that wasn't a deal-breaker! They left us a nice welcome gift - treats from Fortino's! Check-in was super easy, and overall, it was an excellent experience!
