Great service, very clean and spacious rooms in a fantastic location. Second time staying here and will do so anytime we're in Ottawa.
Excellent breakfast. Fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, muffins, hot breakfast sandwiches etc.
Easy, friendly check-in. Large underground parking spaces and lots of them which were very convenient to the room. Great water pressure and a balcony. T.V. Seemed a little small and very few channels. Took 3 minutes to get a cab at dinner hour. Everything else was good.
I was not aware that we had to use valet service and pay $35 a night. That can be very pricey if you stay for multiple days. In addition, there was nothing in our mini fridge. We had to call down to get bottles of water. At minimum, a couple of water bottles should have been stocked in the fridge. ...
Location was ideal. It was right in the middle of everything that we wanted to see, all within walking distance. Parking was a bit expensive but I guess that's goes with the property.
Rooms feel a bit older looking. Bathroom plain looking
Great place at a great location. Chrome cast did not work
The room was spacious and cozy. The gym should be at lobby or above lobby level. Did not feel secure when going to parking level for the gym alone.
Very bare minimum. Just enough to get by, wish there was a way to get clean water. Staff was amazing! The whole processes was easy and well organized. Staff was really friendly as well!
