"We were only at the hotel for one night - expecting to have a short stay. Our flight the next day was cancelled until the evening so the hotel kindly let us leave our suitcases and invited us to breakfast. Such lovely staff. And of course don’t forget to go to the top floor to see the aerial view of the cemetery."

"Personal del counter con pésimo manejo de imprevistos y situaciones complejas. Exceptuando a Mónica, los demás necesitan mucho entrenamiento, especialmente Jonathan. Un hotel que responde a una cadena internacional en una de las ciudades más grandes de Latinoamérica, es INACEPTABLE que tengan cortes de luz, 4 en 5 días… y los argumentos y excusas son risibles. Las personas que sirven el desayuno no saben lo que es una sonrisa ni responden con amabilidad. Las que si son muy amables, al menos las del piso 3, son las señoras de limpieza."

"I stayed here two different times while coming into Buenos Aires and returning to Buenos Aires and both times were very pleasant! Clean, simple rooms, great staff and location was close to things I wanted to visit ! Great value for your money! "

"Minuses: Hotel needs maintenance work. Cold shower water, safe not working. Street music and noise from restaurants in front of hotel until 3:00 am. Pluses : Close walking distance to several cafes and sites. Recoleta park and area is very nice."
