Enjoy the tiny home experience or just relax at this peaceful retreat. This tiny home is located around the corner from the legendary Robert Trent Jones Golf course. After a round of 18 holes or exploring all this musical town has to offer, come home to experience an incredible sunset while you relax on the deck or around the fire pit in Adirondack chairs. The accessibility to downtown Florence, Sheffield, Tuscumbia, and Muscle Shoals is convenient, and there is an abundance of restaurants and entertainment. The Muscle Shoals airport is located only 8.6 miles away. North Alabama Medical Center is located 9.2 miles away. The Ford City Foodland Plaza is located 2 miles away. This plaza has a grocery store, Dollar General, Ace Hardware, and Shell gas station that sells pizza. Proximity to local towns: Florence 10.9 miles Sheffield 12 miles Tuscumbia 14 miles Muscle Shoals 11 miles The Home The highlights of the home are the views of Wilson Lake that allow guest to find tranquility. Guests can enjoy leisurely actives such as fishing off the pier, catching up on their favorite shows, or just relaxing on the deck with a good book while enjoying the views. There is a fire pit that can be used on chilly nights. The home may be called a tiny home but offers all the amenities of a full-size home. The living room and kitchen have an open floor plan. The living room has a designated workspace that allows working at home. There is a smart TV in the living room area with basic cable and seating area. The kitchen offers seating at the bar with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There are blinds throughout the home to allow for privacy. The one bedroom offers a queen bed with and additional air conditioning unit. The bathroom offers a bathtub with shower. The loft has two twin size mattresses. Refer to the pictures and has limited head space. These two mattresses have the bedding folded on top of the mattresses. Enter loft at own risk. No children allowed in loft at any time. Handrail must be used while entering and exiting loft. Please note that the path to get to pier has several steps and slopes downward. Use caution when walking to pier and the handrail must be used. Children are not allowed to be unaccompanied at any time while on pier. Due to safety and security reasons visitors of any type must be communicated with and approved by the host before arrival of visitors. Charges may apply to any additional proposed and approved overnight or part time visitors/ guests. By booking with us, the tenants and tenants’ guest shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the landlord and/or host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises such as the pier and anything else on the property regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, or loss. New, minimalist, and modern. View is beautiful, right on lake. Open concept living room and kitchen. Full size refrigerator! Plenty of white towels and washcloths, but there is a washer / dryer too. Appreciated that there were plenty of rolls of toilet paper, not the "starter" roll you find in many short-term rentals now. There are 2 doors into the home-- one into bedroom, and one into living room from covered deck. Both doors have several steps as shown in photos. Parking is easy, big parking lot. This place is about a 10-minute drive from downtown Muscle Shoals. Bed is very comfortable. There are blinds on all windows, so privacy is fine inside. There are not curtains or blackout shades, but not an issue for us. The upstairs would probably be great for kids, but we did not use it. We had no need to communicate with owners because we had no problems, but they did contact us to make sure we got into the unit. TV worked great. Instead of a sofa, there is a double leather recliner with 2 drink holders in between the two seats. We enjoyed our stay, thank you! ##### Victoria E. I know I probably got on the hosts nerves because I messaged 100 times with questions. I messed up our reservation and she helped out with that. She was very patient and kind. She was very quick to respond. Entry was easy, WiFi was good. The property was beautiful! Exactly as pictured, but so much better in person. Very clean, washer and dry worked great, ac was great! My husband and I never had issues with hot water. That was great! We just wanted to get away for a couple days. Relax and fish. This trip was PERFECT! For those curious, we caught, brim, large mouth bass, stripe bass, drum, catfish and gar. I highly recommend and will definitely book again!! ##### Deanna M.
