They are very helpful and nice, and they go out of their way to fulfill your needs. The room was very clean upon arrival, and was maintained clean daily by housekeeping. We only used their free-breakfast one day during our stay, as the other days we were either busy or out since early in the morning. The hotel is conveniently located next to Lulu Supermarket, so you can do some basic shopping, and a petrol station is less than 2minutes away by car, in addition to other supermarkets and restaurants.. The condition was not perfect, my bathroom floor kept getting wet, don't know why. The staff is friendly and the service is good.
