With 41 m² of cozy living space, the apartment is ideal for couples or small families looking to relax near the water. The balcony, outdoor furniture, and barbecue invite guests to unwind with a morning coffee or an evening meal while soaking in the tranquil surroundings. Set in a quiet, family-friendly area, the apartment is perfectly positioned to enjoy both natural beauty and local conveniences. The beach is just 850 meters away, while popular dining options like Kobona Nona are within walking distance. Guests can explore nearby attractions including Aquapark Biograd (41 km), Lake Vrana, and the breathtaking Krka National Park, both just over 40 km away. Zadar Airport is also accessible, located 75 km from the property. The interior is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and an independent electric kitchen with an oven, coffee machine, and all necessary utensils.
