En fait de quartier calme, la maison étant située en bord d'un grand axe routier, le bruit de la circulation est omniprésent de jour comme de nuit!Les photos reflètent une image du passé, le temps ayant fait son oeuvre... De sérieuses rénovations s'imposent, idem pour le confort à l'exception du couchage.Je ne recommande donc pas cette location en l'état.

#### Villa idéalement située sur un axe à grande circulation

Cette villa , située à deux pas d'un grand centre commerciale et à raz de l'axe de communication qui y mène, par son côté un peu vieillot et désuet, dénote par rapport aux autres constructions plus modernes et un peu en retrait de la route. Passé la grille, vous débouchez sur un grand terrain agréable. L'intérieur est conforme à l'aspect extérieur. Le grand escalier qui grince à chaque pas, peut rappeler celui que nous avons pu connaître dans la maison de nos arrières grands parents. La véranda au rez de chaussée offre une vue agréable sur le jardin, un peu gâchée par la grande chaleur qui y règne. Je n'ai pas d'avis à donner sur la conciergerie, nous ne les avons jamais vus, ni eu de contact au cours de notre séjour. Cordialement.
