This oceanfront condo remains available for rent, still offering beautiful ocean views and direct beach access! \* You'll love the view from your private balcony at this oceanfront two bedroom condo! The Royal Garden Resort complex offers wonderful amenities including a shared indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, and a full restaurant & bar. Located just a few blocks from the Garden City Pier, your options for live music, restaurants, and fun are endless! Experience unforgettable moments in Garden City at Royal Garden Resort #912! EXTERIOR FEATURES Elevator, Shared Indoor and Outdoor Pool & Hot Tub, Private Balcony, 1 Parking Spot (2nd Spot Pending Availability, Not Guaranteed) - Motorcycles Allowed (Count as 1 Parking Spot) but Trailers Not Permitted - Parking Garage (6'9" Clearance), Outdoor Shower, Non-Smoking Unit, No Pets Allowed SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS (Two): 1 Queen, 2 Twins, Sleeper Sofa in the Livingroom BATHROOM LOCATIONS (Two): 1 Hall Access and 1 en suite PROPERTY AMENITIES Internet, Televisions, Electric Fireplace, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans Throughout, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Iron & Ironing Board, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc. as needed. \*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment. Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival.
