Garden city is a more chill than MB which we liked but the corner near the house is the last exit off garden city so it gets busy and noisy with traffic at times. House was a good size for our family of 5 and couple of the kids friends. Would be good for 2 smaller families. kitchen was well appointed and house nicely decorated. It was clean for the most part but it wasnt a great cleaning, sliders doors ans some mirrors not cleaned at all. We took our dogs and they loved walking the beach in the mornings.
