#### Friendly owners and very clean

Was a great experience from booking, to checking in, to the stay, and checking out. Owners always responded to my texts within minutes. Got me and my 2 kids an early check in and a late check out. We love Oceanside village, such a family friendly gated community. Definitely recommend this place, very clean, right across the beach, owners are lovely!

The property was clean and was within walking distance to the ocean. There was a community pool that was only a short golf cart ride away. The community was gated and made us feel very secure. Everyone there was very courteous and nice.We would definitely stay again and recommend to our family and friends

Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Place was very clean. Good AC most welcome. Grocery store close by. Quiet neighborhood, gated community. Private each parking for car or golf cart. All appliances appeared new. Fan on screened-in porch. Multiple TV's, even one on porch. Wife said she's ready to go back.
