The Master bedroom has a Queen sized and private en-suite bathroom with full shower. The spacious guest bedroom offers a full bed with at twin bunk bed over. The guest bathroom is complete with a shower stall. The kitchen is well appointed with the comforts of home including a coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, blender and ample silverware and pots and pans. The nice size living room has a queen size sleeper and plenty of seating. The unit is located in the perfect location to get away while being close to everything. A .7 mile walk to Garden City Pier and a short 1.7 mile drive to the new Surfside Pier and restaurants. Close to shopping, the Marshwalk, golf and mini-golf. The onsite restaurant and bar offers a fun menu for everyone to enjoy. The indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs are inviting and waiting for you to enjoy.
