Large open kitchen/living/dining space, with front balcony. Bedrooms are large with plenty closet space. Master bath on 1st floor completely renovated. Large 1st floor, MB -opens to large rear deck overlooking private pool, with charcoal grill, and fenced yard. Laundry and 4 bedrooms on 2nd fl. Two with ensuite baths! Private parking for 4-5 cars, Cabana area under house available in season only. Bed linens only included with rental. Highchair, pack N play, and booster seat, crock pot, griddle, dual coffee maker, and many kitchen amenities available. Golf cart rental can be dropped off and picked up from house. 10 minute walk or 3 minute cart ride to Beach Access. Beach access is at end of street with parking for carts and cars, with many access/parking places within blocks on beachfront. Family vacation 2022 was a huge success and this home played a major role. My family of 12 had plenty of room to be comfortable in any part of the house. The bedrooms are more than spacious as well as the private baths. The pool was a welcome afternoon retreat from mornings at the beach and the cabana area was great for beach gear and coolers. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Two weeks before our arrival we were informed that the golf cart had been in an accident and wouldn't be available for our stay but the owner refunded the amount of a comparable rental cart and everything worked out perfectly.
