### Duneside III 304, Oceanfront Condo close to Garden City Pier

Duneside III 304 is a one-bedroom, one-bath oceanfront condo located 0.1 miles south of Garden City Pier, directly facing the ocean. This unit has a fully-equipped kitchen complete with breakfast bar, cookware, utensils, microwave and dishwasher, living room with private balcony, and central heat and air conditioning. Four TVs (cable), DVD player, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one queen and two twin-sized beds, plus a double-sized sofa bed. No washer or dryer in unit. Complex amenities include a coin-operated laundry and oceanfront outdoor swimming pool. Limit one parking pass per unit. No elevator. No trailers. No golf carts. No pets. Property permits off-season monthly rentals. Maximum occupancy: 6

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.  
  
Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.   
  
Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo.   
  
If you're looking for places to shop, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach.   
  
Looking for entertainment and attractions? Take in a show at Pirates Voyage, Medieval Times, Alabama Theater, The Carolina Opry, or Legends in Concert. Then visit SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not Odditorium, Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.   
  
Other points of interest close by include the waterfront community of Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina and the second largest seaport in South Carolina, and historic Conway, with its downtown Riverwalk area nestled on the banks of the Waccamaw River. Both towns include fine dining, shopping, and historic sites.   
  
Take a day trip to Charleston to experience shopping, a harbor cruise, a city carriage tour, or a plantation tour. Charleston is only 87 miles from Garden City Beach - approximately two hours. It's a picturesque and exquisitely preserved southern city with antebellum architecture, cobblestone streets, and historical landmarks.   
  
Whatever your desire, whatever your need, the Grand Strand offers something on everyone's to-do list. We have a variety of restaurants, retail stores, miniature golf, entertainment venues, charter fishing, water sports... and, of course, nothing but relaxation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wish my visit was for a vacation, however, it was work-related. Nonetheless, the condo fit my needs perfectly. It's well-maintained, stocked, and nicely furnished.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice unit and just feet away from the pier. Great oceanfront views, clean pool, and efficient a.c. in unit. Parking a little hectic at times, but street noise not an issue. If you seek lonely solitude, should not be tops on your list, but for a clean, accessible, family-oriented location, this one's just the ticket.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You had to walk 4 flights of stairs to get to the room. The mattresses were all dingy and run down. The room had a funny smell. The parking sucks if you leave and come back you have to wait for another to open up in a small area. Will not stay again the view only was great.
