\*\*\*IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Royal Garden Resort complex will be undergoing exterior construction from October 2025 through February 2026. Work will include balcony and window repairs, painting, and waterproofing. Guests will experience construction noise, limited access to certain areas (including balconies), and visible work crews. This oceanfront condo remains available for rent, still offering stunning ocean views and direct beach access, at 30% off (discount included in the price you see)! Due to unforeseen circumstances (weather & construction delays), dates can be extended. NO further discounts or refunds will be given during your stay\*\*\*  
Treat your family to the oceanfront view, the beach is right down the elevator. Lots of remodeling done recently, new flooring, king size bed, sofa.  
  
Here's a beautifully furnished two bedroom condo with a great ninth floor view, at family prices. Enjoy the dramatic view from the balcony, or from the living room. Comfortable furniture awaits to provide rest and relaxation after every vacation day.  
  
The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, closet and dresser to provide ample storage space, and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds (with the option to convert to a king upon request - please let us know if you need this added to your booking - there is a $15 fee) and a TV. There is a second full bath with shower stall. The living room sofa folds out to a queen size bed and the chair turns into a twin bed! The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, small appliances, cookware. Dishes, glassware, and tableware are on hand. Linens are provided, beds will be made, some soap, paper towels and trash bags will be on hand. You will not begin your vacation by making beds or running to the store to get toilet paper!  
  
Royal Garden is a premium condo resort. Common area features include an indoor pool and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, kiddie pool, Tiki Bar, three-elevators, and an on-site coin-operated laundry facility.  
  
PLEASE BE ADVISED: This complex has covered parking with a limited number of oversized parking spaces - an oversized spot will NOT be guaranteed as they are first come first serve! Parking passes are limited to two per unit. Parking passes must be prominently displayed per Royal Garden Resort HOA.  
  
No Pets, No Trailers, No Smoking Indoors and No Golf Cart parking allowed.  
  
When you're ready to feel the soft warm sand between your toes, the wide Garden City beach is right out from the lobby. Garden City is perfect for a family vacation or romantic getaway, away from the traffic and crowds, but still a short drive to attractions and over 100 golf courses. The Garden City Beach pier, restaurants and shops are less than a mile south of Royal Garden. The Surfside Beach pier, restaurants, bars, and shopping are a short drive (or a pleasant, longer walk) north. Luxury shopping and dining are a few minutes north of the Market Commons area. All the attractions, dining and shopping of Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand, and the Myrtle Beach downtown boardwalk are just a bit further north. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden. It's just a few minutes south.

We enjoyed our stay. It was reasonably quiet and convenient. The only update need is the sleepers in the living room, both were hard to sit on, and sleep on. Over all, we loved it.

#### Beautiful view

We rented for a family getaway and had a few family members visit for a meal. The place was clean but a little dated. The living area is extremely small and the table only seats three. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The view is spectacular and there is nice, heavy duty seating on the balcony. Biggest disappointment was the price doubled once the fees were added. Really defeated the purpose of vrbo. Check in and out was easy and directions were excellent.

#### Perfect for our needs

The most important thing we wanted for this trip was a great oceanfront balcony, and we got it. The view was spectacular. I wish we had known that the indoor pool area had been closed since Oct 10 with no re-open date. That was disappointing. There was also a lot of sound (construction, partying guests... nothing the management company could control). I wish the furniture had been more comfortable, but the lack of comfort motivated us to leave the unit and see the sights, which was a good thing! This was the least stocked unit I've ever rented, but there were some basics, and linens were provided. Overall, we were very satisfied and hope to come back.

Room very clean and well stocked. Loved how close to ocean. Olny reason I can't give 5 stars is they was doing construction on one of the neighboring units and work us up at 9:20am every morning. You couldn't even hear the tv over them working.

#### Fantastic! \*\*\*long read but worth it, i promise\*\*\*

I dont normally leave reviews but our experience here was so amazing i feel like i need to voice it to others... All around everything was amazing. Leslie was an absolute God send and so pleasant to deal with....everyone was so accomodating...We were there for buke week and rode our bikes down from PA, we end3d up arriving a day early, when i asked if it would be possible to check in within 20 min she had us scheduled for early check in, no hesitation. The propery its self was more than adequate, the parking was safe and very well patrolled, we never had a doubt that the parking staff was lax and knew our bikes were safe, they were very attentive, friendly and accomodating. The unit we were in was very clean and we were pleasantly surprised to find more amenities than listed...there was a personal washer and dryer in the unit which came in very handy, the master bedroom had a shower and a jacuzzi tub...i personally was incredibly happy to find a handful of books for guests to read and if there was anything we needed and wasnt there they were more than willing to get us whatever we needed. All in all our experience and stay was absolutely fantastic! Both wonderful ladies were a joy to deal with and went above and beyond! 10/10 stars ⭐️

#### Nice but dated

You can’t beat the view from this rental. The unit itself is fairly dated, but the view is absolutely spectacular. It’s also a really affordable rental off-season. The bed in the master bedroom is a little uneven, so one person is sleeping on a slope. We had some issues with some construction being done in the unit below us, which was pretty unpleasant, but communication with the units management was prompt and pleasant. They offered some tickets to some local attractions as compensation, but we already had plans, so we did not take them. Overall a nice rental given the cost.

It was wonderful to step out on the patio and see the ocean. We walked every morning on the beach and it was amazing. I would stay here again. The only thing I would suggest is to have extra blankets if needed for the beds. The ceiling fan in the second bedroom was wobbly and I sent a text and someone was there the next day to fix it.

#### Dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed.

We arrived only to clean the place for 2.5hrs ourselves after traveling all day. I have pictures but it will not allow me to post. The place was not swept sand was everywhere including the kitchen counters, hair on toilets and showers, soap scum still on shower walls. Messaged the property manager with pictures and was totally ignored, never contacted the rest of the week. Would not book through iTrip vacations, and likely would not stay at royal gardens again.

#### Condos are a bit outdated.

The location was great- prime beach spot, unbelievably close to the water, bc it was built a while back. This location is very seasonal, and people need to be aware that the first half of March there, is often in the 60’s, and that the outdoor pool will not yet be filled, and no beach chairs/umbrellas will be out yet. My kids did still have fun, but many days they were on the beach in hooded sweatshirts. Our particular condo is in need of some work. I loved the fact there was a room with 2 twin beds for kids, but there were some places the woodwork was really banged up, and a big spot in the living room where the wall had been spackled, but not yet sanded or even repainted. It was definitely missing attention to detail. You could tell that the bathtub off the master did not get used much, bc when tubs with jets don’t get used often enough, mold starts to build up in the jets. The first time my kids used the tub, black mold flakes were coming out. They need to run bleach water through those jets. The people around the condos are very nice and friendly. The neighbors owned their condo, and brought over ice cream treats for our kids, which was very sweet. If you use the indoor pool, they will not allow kids to bring any toys, inflatables, or even life jackets in the pool. Only water wings are allowed, and we didn’t have any with. They would not let my 3-year-old wear a life jacket. That seemed crazy to me. A highlight of our trip was seeing dolphins from the beach.

#### That view!

Very easy...and early!...check in with a wonderful representative. The unit was on the 9th floor and the view was amazing, just like the pictures. We enjoyed sunrise and afternoon cocktails in the rockers on the balcony listening to the waves. The condo was maybe a bit 'tired' as it is an older resort but still clean and inviting with comfortable beds and living room chairs and a nicely appointed kitchen.. The beach access was excellent, close and flat (no dunes to cross over) and the outdoor pool and oceanfront deck well maintained. We loved the little bar, local patrons and bar tenders were very friendly to visitors (hi Kimmy!). Two minor comments....no windows in the bedrooms but it didn't bother us(there were ceiling fans) and if you have an oversized vehicle you will need to tell the check in person so you can get a code to that part of the garage. We would recommend this condo for the value, location, and nice people!

The only thing that was a problem was the slow elevators. There was only 2 elevators working and only one of those elevators went down to ground floor where we was parked.
