Villa Mariona is a beautiful and bright villa in which to enjoy comfort and tranquility in the northern part of the island. It has 3 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a spacious living room. In the outdoor area we find a large terrace, a garden area with a swimming pool and entertainment for the little ones. Distribution The house is distributed on one floor, just at the entrance there is a spacious and bright living room with a comfortable sofa and television, next to the living room is the modern fully equipped kitchen with views of the garden and the pool. The three bedrooms are spacious and bright, all of them with bathroom en suite and with access to the garden. In the outdoor area, we have the terrace with several sofas and a table to eat and enjoy a pleasant family dinner al fresco. The garden, which surrounds the entire grass house, stands out for its 12x4 m saltwater pool, next to it we have comfortable sun loungers where you can sunbathe while the little ones enjoy jumping on the trampoline or playing football. There are also several fruit trees at the rear of the house. Comfort and services: Parking, Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, Satellite TV, Barbecue, Heating, High Chair, Dishwasher, Fridge / Freezer, Iron, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washing Machine, Hair Dryer, Trampoline and Soccer goals. Fully equipped with sheets and towels. Note 1\. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable. Note 2\. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day. Note 3\. Check-out time is 10:00\. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00\. Note 4\. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day. Das dürfte alles sagen Einfach ein Traum! Lage sehr ruhig und doch nur 1,5km zum Strand. Zum einkaufen und Co alles in der Nähe. Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen im Vergleich zu vielen anderen. Familen (auch mit Kleinkinder) oder auch mit Freunden kommen 100% auf Ihre Kosten! Wichtig zu wissen ist, die Unterkunft ist für 6 Personen geeignet und nicht für 4.Muss ein Fehler sein auf den Buchungsseiten. (Drei vollwertige Schlafzimmer inkl. je ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche) zudem gibt es noch ein separates Gäste-WC. Küche alles funktionsfähig und sehr gepflegt. Grundausstattung vorhanden (Gewürze, Lappen etc.) Hochwertige Klimaanlagen in jedem einzelnen Raum und die ballern so richtig Von Palma ca. 50min mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Finca ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Zimmer groß und hell, der Pool echt riesig und der Garten ebenfalls sehr groß. Die Kinder haben die vielen Spielmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück weidlich ausgenutzt: Trampolinspringen, Boccia, Fußball, im Pool planschen. Der Strand ist nur ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, dasselbe für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Ca'n Picafort. Ein uriges Restaurant mit gutem mallorquinischen Essen ist in Laufweite (großer Pluspunkt!). Die Finca ließ sich schnell heizen (was angesichts des durchwachsenen Wetters sehr willkommen war). Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne einmal wieder. ##### Timo B.
