The rooms are advertised as having a kitchen but have no accessories. Not even coffee cups. Just as well because there is no coffee in the room nor lobby.

I wouldn't say it was unsafe, but did feel a little bit iffy. Several people by the front door hanging around. Staff locked the check in office. Staff was friendly enough, but overall wouldn't stay there again.

Nothing was acceptable except the staff i spoke to. Roaches and filthy floors! I didnt stay my second night there. I will not EVER stay there again!

This property is nothing like the pictures. I checked out 5 rooms before settling on one which was essentially the better of the worse. They all have terrible smells. They’re dirty. The air conditioner had food in it. I will never recommend or stay again. Oh, and I was told they don’t offer refunds either. My children felt so uncomfortable and unsafe. We bathed at a friends while staying there because they’re bathrooms were not working properly. All around terrible experience.

Remember this is an extended stay hotel so it won’t have the immediate feeling of a regular hotel but staff was very friendly and helpful and it’s good for the cheap price

Bad experience when we arrived they said that we don't have a room because a pluming issue, we arrived at 10:00 pm the front desk person took a lot a time to talk to us and she said that she don't have a way to help me with another information about hotels, very inprofisional.

After driving 10 hours with 2 children, I proceeded to check in and the front desk tells me they do not have my reservation and they are overbooked with no room’s available. This wasn’t my first horrible experience with this hotel chain and I refuse to return

Expedia showed that there were 6 available rooms that are double beds at the time for Woodspring in Murfreesboro TN. When I got there, the receptionist told me that there are NO double beds available--only single bed. I'm traveling with my family and Alan (who was helping me through chat) said that i wouldn't get a refund

No front desk person, had to ring them to check in. Still not there at check out so had to go back to the room to leave my keys because drop box is inside locked sign in room. The pull knob for the shower was missing, so we couldn't shower. We were adjacent to the door going outside, so everytime the door closed it slammed and rattled our door. The walls were so thin we heard the person in the next room snoring all night. I would have brought these concerns to one of the staff but there were none around.

Hands down a Must If you're in need of a room.
Our Anniversary this year was absolutely perfect and all either of us could have even wanted at this time. We're a young couple with a newborn baby girl just a few months ago. So finding anyone to keep her foee us is not an easy task yet at this time in life. But we managed to do so and had a wonderful private little night out just the two of us all alone in beautiful, friendly, safe, And very well maintained extended stay studio type of room. And we loved it. Although I am quite certain all the neighbors for that night most definitely knew me as Daddy before checkout the next morning for sure 😈😉👍😇

Room was ok-although someone attempted to enter our room around 11:30 pm and would have entered had we not had the security bar on. Front desk admitted they had assigned our room to 2 people when I had to get my key re-keyed after taking our dog out for the morning walk.

They staff was not at the frint desk either time I went to check in and then when we went to the room it had cockroaches so we did not stay and I got a refund.

Although the hotel was only 4 years old, it was run down. Very bare bones (which was fine and expected). Extremely dirty and stained carpets, and witnessed at least 4 roaches during our short (less than 12 hours) stay. Clerk at registration was extremely kind and joyful.

We arrived at 12 am after a long drive & were exhausted. We went to the room & took one step inside, but left immediately. There was a pile of towels in the floor & bedding piled on the bed. Clearly it had not been cleaned. We went back downstairs, called the front desk, & waited for someone to help. She was very apologetic & assigned us another room on the 3rd floor. We go back, still carrying our luggage & exhausted, to the other end of the hallway. We were upset to see another dirty room! There were several water bottles on the counter & no linens at all on the bed. This time I called from my cell phone to the front desk so we wouldn't have to wait as long. We went back down to the lobby & waited on the staff member, as she was going herself to check on the next room she was sending us to. Again, she was very nice & apologetic. The rooms are very old & a bit dingy, the walls in the hallway need to be scraped/painted, and the elevator is very old. We could deal with all of that, though, because we didn't expect much for a rate of about $100. The 3rd room thankfully had been cleaned, so we were able to shower & get a quiet night's sleep. When I went to the lobby to check out, the AGM was working & asked about our stay. I told her what happened at check-in. She was upset & said that shouldn't happen, so she would refund our money. I was thankful because I wasn't expecting that. But it's been 11 days - I've called 3 times & been told the GM would call me back. No call back!!!

I would like to start off by saying how amazing the staff is here. They are so friendly, helpful and genuinely want you to have a good stay here. Unfortunately the first room I was given had trash on the dresser and floor, no blankets or pillows and the bathroom smelt horrible. The second room didn’t have blanket, sheets or pillows, stripped naked with stains on the bed and a horrible odor in the room. The third room was a no go and by this time I hoped the fourth was clean enough to stay as I really didn’t want to go find another hotel. Luckily it all worked out and again, the staff was unbelievably helpful and apologetic. Could be a great place to visit if the cleaning part of the operation gets more love and attention.

Did a reservation on Expedia..! They called me 2-3 hours later and they leave a message saying that they overbooked the rooms for that night and they didn’t have a room available for me. And I have not received e refund or anyone has called me. I called Expedia and they are not responsible either for the charges on my card because apparently I didn’t let them know immediately about the cancellation. I didn’t do a cancellation, hotel cancelled on me and Expedia is not responsible for anything and my $$ is gone and no refund. They practically stole my money and they did “It wasn’t me” game. I’m going to start using other app this one are thieves.
