The spacious well furnished ground floor apartment sleeps up to 6 people (or 12 using the adjacent apartment) and is within metres of a fantastic 25m swimming pool and children's pool. It has air conditioning and central heating for all weather use. The open plan living/dining area is great for relaxing or for any meals in. There is a fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto a private patio area, with everything you need for a family and children. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en-suite, are reached from the hallway enjoying garden or patio views. There is plenty of storage for clothes etc. in both bedrooms and in the hallway. Outside the terrace has dining furniture and sun loungers - perfect for al fresco dining on warm Spanish evenings. The terrace leads onto a private garden area, ideal for children and disabled access. The terrace and garden overlook the swimming pool. Murcia city is packed with great bars and restaurants and plenty of fantastic shops and places of historical interest. The town of Corvera is close by with supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A multitude of family friendly beaches are located within an easy short drive including Los Alcazadores and the famous Mar Menor. Many offer fantastic water sports facilities. The stunning Corvera Golf and Country Club is within easy walking distance and there is also a cafe/bar close by. The resort is situated on a plot of over 2 million square metres and enjoys a rural and peaceful setting. It is a gated complex with 24 hour security. Corvera is at the edge of a national park area yet lies within easy reach of all local amenities. Hiking trails and mountain biking facilites are nearby, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.
