Jul 31, 2025 Liked: Location Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy El propietario del piso José Antonio, que se hizo pasar por Inmobiliaria, no existiendo ninguna ya que es alquiler directo de propietario, nos dejó entrar la tarde antes, cosa que agradecimos, pero al comprobar lo sucia que estaba la vivienda, esa tarde y los dos días siguientes, nos dedicamos a limpiar y acondicionar: almohadas sucias con toda la gama de amarillos de sudores de inquilinos anteriores (hay foto), el suelo con restos de arena y pelos, colillas de cigarro en la papelera y olor a tabaco en todo el piso, ropas de cama sucias con arena y pelos que tuvinos que lavar, colchones sin funda protectora y por tanto la bajera iba directa al colchón, estractor de cocina, que por su aspecto sucio decidimos quitar para limpiar y habían bichos fritos dentro (hay foto), leja metálica de bañera oxidada (hay foto), etc y todo esto José Antonio lo solucionó: trayendo 4 almohadas nuevas con funda, después de negarnos a su propuesta de "paso esta tarde las recojo para lavar y te las devuelvo mañana", llevó esterilla para evitar deslizamientos en la bañera, quitó la leja oxidada sustituyéndola por una de plástico y de todo lo demás nos respondió, que nos estábamos quejando demasiado y que el piso estaba conforme corresponde a su precio, por tanto esas eran las condiciones que se correspondían con el piso. Es una pena que estando ubicado en un buen lugar y con muy buena ventilación y vistas, el piso esté tan abandonado.
