The kitchen is equipped with a wine fridge, adding a touch of luxury. The pool area is surrounded by lush vegetation, including an olive tree and blue agapanthus flowers. The house is located only about 100 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, accessible via a narrow path along the reeds that leads directly to the turquoise sea. In the center of Costa Rei, you will find a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, and a weekly market offering Sardinian specialties, fresh local produce, and regional handicrafts.
