The dream beach of Costa Rei is just a few minutes' walk away. There are numerous restaurants and stores in the center of Costa Rei for your daily needs. The large weekly market nearby offers Sardinian specialties, fresh vegetables and handicrafts.

Villa Ludovica is a beautiful, newly renovated house with a well-kept garden. The hedge protects the privacy very well and the location on Via Ichnusa makes it easy to get anywhere. The covered parking lot is definitely an advantage. You can hear the traffic on the terrace during the day. The bedrooms are at the back of the house and are quiet. The furnishings and the fireplace create a cozy atmosphere. From the living room you have access to the modern, covered terrace and the garden with comfortable sun loungers. It is a pleasure to cook in the modern, open and fully equipped kitchen. A dishwasher is a matter of course. You can reach the dream beach of Costa Rei on foot via Via delle Palme.
