The owners welcome you in this recently renovated house, located in a quiet hamlet, 1.5 km from La Bourboule and 5 km from the Mont Dore. You will find all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. In summer, many opportunities for hiking and mountain biking from the house are available. The hikers and pedestrians will receive a privileged welcome from the owners, themselves practicing: many courses offered, possible support; a 10% discount will be granted to FFCT and FFRP licensees outside school holidays. In winter you can practice ski run or snowshoe outings background and nearby. After these efforts, you can benefit from the new water park pole of La Bourboule The guests also benefit from special rates (thermal baths of La Bourboule 1.5 km and 5 km Mt Dore) The house is on basement with possibility to park several vehicles. Les propriétaires sont très sympa et accueillant. De plus le gîte est très bien placé entre la Bourboule, le Mont-Dore et Murat-le-Quaire. Des sentiers de randonnées au départ du gîte. Parking privatif extérieur et garage pour l'hiver. Environnement calme. Belle vue sur le Sancy. Terrasse et bout de pelouse bien agréables. Équipement particulièrement complet. Bonne literie. Wifi correct. Les moins : Le parquet qui grince et les portes qui couinent. Le premier levé le matin réveille toute la maison ! Ou aussi celui qui se lève la nuit réveille tout le monde ! L'intérieur mériterait un rafraichissement et un petit coup de modernisme (il semble y avoir déjà eu des efforts de faits) Il faut préciser que l'accès à la maison se fait uniquement par un petit escalier extérieur étroit et qu'on ne peut pas monter directement depuis le garage dans la maison. Ce n'est donc pas un gite accessible à tous. On voit que les propriétaires ont pensé à tout pour vous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. De plus ils sont très sympathiques ce qui ne gache rien. Cette maison est idéalement située dans un hameau très calme, lieu idéal pour se reposer et profiter de la vue sur les Puys d'Auvergne. On arrive dans la maison et on s'y sent immédiatement "comme à la maison" : tout y est très propre, fonctionnel, rien ne manque tant au niveau des ustensiles et appareils de cuisine qu'au niveau des loisirs (tv-sat, radio, wi-fi, jeux de société, brochures sur la région...). L'intérieur boisé est chaleureux et la maison est très bien chauffée. Un supermarché à quelques centaines de mètres et la proximité des villes de La Bourboule et du Mont Dore permettent de trouver de tout : courses quotidiennes, spécialités auvergnates, petits restaurants, cafés animés (même hors saison !)... Le propriétaire fournit toutes les informations nécessaires (contrat, itinéraire précis...) et est très sympathique.
