Location is just outside of town so it's close to all area attractions. Unit was very clean and functional. Road noise definitely interrupted our sleep every morning. There were 3 of us and my 9 year old slept on the pull out which was not comfortable. When the pull out is out there is not much room to move around. I think this would be perfect for 2 but know that around 6:00 am the road noise is much louder and much more traffic then expected. ##### Brent L.
