Cozy room in close right in the middle of everything. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful!

It was really clean and easy to navigate

This hotel is on top of a night club so you can hear very loud beats until 2:30am. The staircase is dangerously steep and narrow and would not be good for anyone with mobility issues. Our room was not properly cleaned during our five day stay. That said, the room is stylish, the location is central, and the air con worked well.

This hotel is located on a lovely spot on the canal. The view from our balcony was great. It is within 15 minute walk to the museum district. The big bathtub has been exactly so I’m talking ab was good after a long day on our feet. The staff was so helpful and the breakfasts were delicious! Do you have a form? It’s just a simpler way so it’s a form fill out next two minutes and we’ll do everything at your part so will inform you for everything so yes it’s it’s not a question. Will you get it because it’s already five hour delay you cannot land in less than three hour delay original time, unfortunately so thank you for sharing this. We’ll look at it. The room itself was beautiful. Loved the large windows that looked onto the canal and the large living room. However, we were there during a heat wave and it was awful being in a room with no air conditioning. We left the front windows open while we were in the apartment but couldn’t leave them open when we were out as there was no screens. This was a major draw back as it was quite unpleasant in the room during a heat wave. I also found areas of the room could have been cleaner. For example, the top of the clothing rank was very dusty and the top of the windows frames were very dusty as well. We also had to clean out the filter in the air conditioning unit when we got into the room as it was completely clogged with dust. The bathroom was fine but had a few issues with the toilet flush not being strong enough and the sink in the bathroom was so small it was hard to wash your face in. Also, we were always diligent about ensuring the door to the street was closed tightly (and there are signs to remind you of this) regardless we found that other guests did not close the door properly so it felt unsafe at times. As well, we stayed in the bottom apartment and you could hear everything from the apartment up above. This kept us up at night quite a few times. One thing we were really unhappy with was the fact that you have to check in at their other location and they refuse to pay for your cab to the building you’re staying in! Completely ridiculous.
