Convenient locationPosted 8-Mar-2018
Overall is ok. At first we thought it is ok to only ask for hotel breakfast on the morning itself, but the restaurant staff is kind of unhappy and tell us we should tell earlier instead of telling in the morning.

Good Budget HotelPosted 27-Feb-2018
We arrived early, too early to check-in. Had to wait until 2:10 PM until our room was available. Check-in is officially at 3:00 PM, so we were still ahead. The desk clerk was helpful and allow us to leave our bags as we went out for lunch. The room was adequate, but there was a suspicious intermittent clicking noise coming from the kitchen.

Decent hotel near HauptbahnhofPosted 10-Feb-2018
Pros: The staff; clean rooms; easy access to the main railway station
Cons: The corridors where the rooms were just need sprucing up. I didn't like having a mini kitchen in the room as it gave the room the feel of a bedsit.
Location: Main railway station (Hauptbahnhof) The grand old Königsplatz with all the museums is a short 10 minute walk from the hotel Close to the town centre
I needed a centrally based hotel within easy access to the main railway station. The hotel was just that. It was a short 3-4 minute walk from the station on the Marsstrasse. The room was ample and clean, I suppose it could do with a lick of paint in the corridors just to freshen it up. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on the food. The staff were all super friendly though and made you feel welcome.

I should have relocatedPosted 29-Jan-2018
Pros: Location was good. Check-in and -out were quick. I liked the little balcony, and when it was over 10C out, could get some air by cracking the window.
Cons: Attention to the all of the basics.
I had an extended stay in this hotel, but was given a problem room right below the staff utility room, which was incredibly noisy overhead--unreasonably so--a good deal of the time throughout the day. I'm unsure why they'd give their noisiest room to someone who's there for a week? Working was difficult, and trying to sleep after a long-haul flight was impossible. Because I had prepaid through Expedia, I wasn't sure I could leave the hotel after a day or two and get refunded for the rest of the nights, so I stayed put. Avoid room 131 at all costs--it may be quieter elsewhere. Overall, the hotel is plagued with several problems, each one alone not a huge deal, but together they added up to an unpleasant stay and I was very happy to leave. I have stayed in dozens of 3-stars in Europe and this one is towards the bottom because of: doors that need to be oiled; provision of one pointlessly flat pillow that cricked my neck; useless wifi that worked maybe 40% of the time (I was told that it's problematic, so nothing could be done); airlessness of the room even with the heat turned off; a kitchenette with no dish soap or sponge, pot, bowl, or any way to heat soup, etc (you have to pay extra per day and even then I had to chase down soap and sponge to wash my dishes); staff that were pretty much detached from it all, with one or two exceptions. This Vi Vadi is just poorly run.

Fitted exactly with what we were looking for.Posted 18-Jan-2018
Pros: Everything was exactly what we were looking for
Location: Centrally located. Could not have been better. We used the nearby city tour bus which also got us to the Olympic Park and the BMW Museum.
The hotel offered everything that we wanted on a short stay in Munich. Six of us booked three rooms. The hotel was centrally located, very near to the main tour bus terminus, all rooms were extremely clean and had the benefit of small kitchens with fridge and microwave. Excellent value for money.

Pros: Not much
Cons: The rooms were too warm and no control over the temperature.
Location: Good location close to the main town
I had breakfast on 2 of the 4 day I stayed at the hotel and both times I was very disappointed with it. Although there was a good selection of cold food, what was supposed to be hot was far from it. It looked as though the sausages had been cooked the day before and left in the fridge then just brought out and put on the hot plate, As for the Wi-Fi that was a joke, I got connected on the first day, then they changed the system and I and the others in my party could access the Wi-Fi for the rest of our stay, very disappointed.
