Liked the large bed, though there was no mattress protector and the mattress was fairly dirty and had many stains. Guests and staff smoke frequently out front of the hotel and it wafts in the windows of the room, which I understand is a european custom, but as an asthmatic it was very difficult to breathe and there was no ventilation other than the windows in the rooms (no AC, no recirculating vents at all). Staff were ok but not very efficient, lighting options in the room were weird and there was no lowlight evening lighting, all very bright club/disco lighting. Ok if you want to be outside of town on the S-Bahn route for easy access to city center

The staff all seem pretty clueless, except the taller black porter who checked us in the first day. He was pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately the rest of the stay was a disappointment. The mattress was filthy and the sheets too small to stay tucked in. Cleaning staff barged in our room despite having a do not disturb on the door handle. Every night the overnight staff sat beneath our window yelling and smoking and there is no AC or ventilation in the room without the windows open. The toilet was slowly leaking onto the bathroom floor creating a constant puddle. No shampoo or lotion products, only a harsh “hand wash” in the shower. Really weird, variable color unpleasant lighting in the room, with no low light, or dimmable option for evening. I definitely wouldn't say it stands up to the #stayfancy hashtags posted all over their walls. But if #bedifferent means “be inhospitable and rude” then I guess they lived up to that. It is currently 2 AM and I wasn't going to bother with a review even but the smoke and the noise outside our window along with the staff’s response to a request for quiet being to loudly start singing at us, I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have stayed at this hotel in September for the past several years, and they had a storage room with plenty of fans to move hot air. I received a fan for my room, but when asking for other travelers in my group, the hotel manager said there were no fans available. This is not acceptable, and I will not be staying at this hotel again. A shame that corporate doesn't authorize amenities that would at least make the stay palatable.

The room was a south facing small room and had no fan to move hot air out of the windows. The hotel manager said that they had no fans, so we had to sleep hot and listen to street noise every evening.

If you are looking for a good price hotel this is your hotel. Is about 10 minutes walking from the train station, it quiet and clean. They didn’t make my room but I guess that is part of the policy. The fridge had some beverages like beer, water and juice complementary of the hotel. The best thing was the morning breakfast it was amazing I recommend you buy it, it is worth it. The room itself had a queen size bedroom and bathroom Little small but I know is a European standard. The staff was friendly but when I checked in at 3pm it took about 10 minutes to get the key seems lots of people came down to the Oktoberfest and it was busy. Overall I would consider stay here again.

I can only recommend this hotel for everything. From the first contact up to the little touch in the room. The street was very calm even on a Friday.

Excellent.
Nice hotel with good free breakfast. 5 minute walk to train station, 20 minute bus to Messe. Nice restaurants nearby. Hotel did not have air conditioning, so a bit warm in the room, apart from that, very clean, nice hotel.

Firstly I like to start with points which has to be inmoved: 1. USB ports in the sockets must be installed as hotel accommodates international business guests and not everyone has European charging points. 2. No water or coffee in the room 3. No air-conditioning Now good points : 1. Staff is very professional and helpful 2. Rooms are clean and comfortable. 3. Would recommend to stay proving they improve the points above. 4. Huge thank you to 2 staff working on the 14th June, they were fantastic!

Great option when Munich is crowded or expensive
It is a good hotel, not too far from the train station, very clean, confortable bed, with just a few small issues to solve, related to the bathroom: the shower water wet the bathroom floor and the shower support was loose and diverted the water jet from going to the body

Booked a twin. When booking in at 20.00 only a double left? Gave us a key to an already in use room. Eventually given last remaining room, initially ok even though a double but the doorlock on 154 kept sticking and would not allow key out, no reception staff, called number NO body answered. Eventually got a lady from kitchen who tried to help and got her key stuck also this arrived late for trip but managed to get on. Other than that a great stay.

The property is well situated with various businesses just across the street - Bakery, Grocery Store, Bank, and several small stores and shops nearby within the shopping center. Bus transportation is within 100 meters of the hotel entrance and connects to light rail into Munich. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The only item that didn't receive the highest rating was COVID influenced - some amenities were not available at the hotel, but these items should return once the pandemic subsides. I stay at Dormero every trip to Munich - always very satisfied with the quality and price.

Excellent value
My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is about 20 minutes away from München HBF by S Bahn, which may not be suitable for everyone. We weren't phased by this and loved the location. Heimstetten is a nice community and offers a welcome quiet break from the noisy Munich. The hotel itself is excellent value for money, particularly the free minibar and movies on demand. The staff did an excellent job considering the the limitations imposed by the Corona restrictions. All in all, we plan to return to Munich once things get back to normal and we will definitely stay at the Dormero when we do.

Very good.
For the price we paid, we got so much more than expected. Very pleased with our stay! The only thing that wasn't in our taste was how hard the bed mattress was, but that's it.

Das Hotelzimmer war in Ordnung. Die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher musste mit einer neuen Batterie versehen werden. Das Zimmer war sehr warm. Wir haben trotz ausgeschalteter Heizung nachts nicht so gut schlafen können. Fenster konnten leider nicht gekippt werden. Wir haben mehrmals gelüftet.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, aber eben schon etwas älter. Parkplätze aber 12 € pro Tag oder in der Umgebung mit Parkscheibe zw. 8 und 19 Uhr. Frühstück bombastisch, hat aber seinen Preis.
