The apartment has a modern bath / shower room, a guest toilet with sink and a functional kitchen. The bright apartment has parquet floors and is approximately 110 square meters plus two balconies. W-LAN connection and flat screen TV, stereo systems. Bed linen and towels are of course available. From the moment we checked in, we had a great stay. I will also add that we communicated that we would arrive early, and were able to check in before 3:00, which really helped with our travel plans. Even though there are stairs, my disabled father was able to go up because of the railings. Shower was great, and lots of soaps and shampoos in case you forget yours. Also a straightener and a hair dryer, which came in handy since I forgot mine! Such a warm stay and a pleasant experience, thank you so much for all your help, tips, everything! Zwei Tage vor dem Konzert wurde das Objekt durch die Vermieterin zunächst ohne Begründung storniert. Auf Anfrage teilte man uns eine Kalenderproblematik und Doppelbuchung mit. Interessant, dass zu diesem Zeitpunkt alle Übernachtungspreise explodiert sind. Ein Schelm, wer Böses dabei denkt! Fewo-Direkt konnte kein vergleichbares Objekt anbieten und versprach neben der Rückersstattung des Buchungspreises auch eine Entschädigung von 188€. Allerdings nur, bei Buchung über eigene und Partnerseiten. Alles in allem eine lächerliche Situation, die jetzt für die Zukunft zu ein paar Kunden weniger geführt hat. Also Augen auf bei der Buchung und auf nichts verlassen!!! PS: Über die Bewertungs-Kriterien kann keine Aussage getroffen werden. Aber leider ist eine Bewertung sonst nicht möglich. ##### Dirk K. The property was very unique, clean and comfy. Upstairs bedroom docked at a LR for our group. Really neat decorations, especially the fridge! Far enough from Munich but close enough as well!
