Large beautiful 88 sqm apartment directly at the Dachau train station - about 20 minutes from Munich

The apartment is on the 2nd Floor of a multiple dwelling directly to Dachau station. It is quiet, has a nice courtyard and is also very central.

Overall, the apartment has a floor space of 90 sqm.

The beautiful apartment also has a split air conditioner inverter !!

In the immediate vicinity are many shops, Edeka shopping, restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife and public transport. The Dachau train station is only 2 - 3 minutes walk away from there. The S-Bahn trains and trains often go to Munich and you can reach the main train station in about 20 minutes.

The kitchen:
Everything is what you need: dishwasher, stove with 4 ceramic hotplates, large fridge with freezer, cooker hood, microwave oven, coffee machine, water cooker, toaster, etc. Cutlery, glasses, dishes, pots, drinks, salt, pepper, herbs, oil, sugar, etc. are also available.

The living room:
The living room has a large dining table (up to 6 people), a leather sofa, a sofa bed (140x200), a sofa table and a closet.
There is also a work table.

The TV is from Telekom (Magenta) with many programs. In addition the WLAN is very fast.

The first bedroom has a double bed (180x200), a wardrobe and a sofa bed (140x200).

The second bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and a wardrobe.

The small room has a sofa bed.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin / bathtub. Also, a Miele washing machine is available.

The apartment is located directly on the Bahnhofstrasse, about 200 meters from the train station. Access to the apartment is from a very quiet courtyard.

Bed linen, hand and bath towels are always clean!

Such a lovely and convenient place to stay
There is so much to see and do in Dachau. We ended up in Dachau because we could not find a tube bedroom place in Munich for the days we were staying. It was such a blessing to find Roger and his apartment in Dachau. The apartment is very comfortable and has all the amenities you need plus a balcony to eat an evening meal. It is two blocks from the train station and a very short ride to Munich or to the other areas around Munich. We ended up spending two days just visiting around Dachau with the memorial Centre and old town and the Dachau Palace. This is a highly recommended place to stay

Clean, big, well-tended for apartment perfect for our groups visit to Munich.
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. It had plenty of room for the 5 of us and it was very clean and cared for. See were able to find the complex quite easily and it was such easy access to the Dachau train station. Our check-in process got a little confusing as we had been double booked with another group to one of Rodger and Lynn’s apartments in the complex, but Rodger was there at check-in and got us settled in one of his other apartments still very clean and accommodating for our group. There was hot water, kitchenware, and fresh linens and towels for our stay. The apartment is located right near a few restaurants, cafes, and shops and as mentioned it is easily accessible from the train station that took us into Munich. Would definitely reccomend this place and stay here again!
