It’s a nice hotel with small kitchen and that’s very convenient for a longer stay. Beds are very convenient and the hotel is very clean. Staff are amazing and a good breakfast. They do need to do some renovations but I saw they are starting with it. Location is perfect and the hotel is reqlly great for the money we paid.

Great hotel for the price. The room was quiet and clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel was located closely to the Deutschen Museum and public transportation was readily accessible.

Great stay.
Great location. Nice to have a kitchen. Quiet. Could use new beds. They are a bit tired themselves. Nice and warm in these chilly days. Nice bedding.

This was a great place to stay. One important thing is that you cannot control the heat/aircon in your room. The first 2 nights were a little warm but then the weather got colder and it was comfortable. I was there the first week of October- I don’t know how much hotter the room would have been in the summer. The water is hot, there was a kettle for making tea or coffee or hot cocoa, a microwave, fridge, freezer. There was places to store your clothes and luggage, places to sit (other than the bed), tables and counters to place your belongings. Plugs are on both sides of the bed.

We have stayed at this property several times. 5 minute walk to S Bahn stop, clean and maintained property, and friendly and helpful staff are appreciated. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and have appropriate amenities. The kitchenette and included minibar items are a bonus.

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. The Staff was so accomodating and friendly..the rooms were clean..and the hotel quiet and walking distance to bus/train close..we would definately stay here again!!!

We stayed a few nights at this property visiting Munich while Oktoberfest was going on. Overall, the property was good. There was convenient access to a rail station, a restaurant in the basement, and the amenities were clean. The rooms do not have HVAC, for the most part this was OK in September with the window open at times. More of issue was that the room was pretty loud between activity in the hallways or neighboring rooms, and the outside. After the first night, I used earplugs which made it more manageable. We would consider staying here again for the right price.

The hotel rooms is larger than in other 3-star hotels and offers a kitchen equipment (microwave, cooker, plates and cutlery, fridge). Large shower and a living room area (actually separate room) with administrative table as well as kitchen table and a bedroom provide privacy. Comfortable sofa, 2 flat screen televisions and a large double bed can make your stay very nice. I would have just one suggestion - I missed a good light (and face mirror) to do the make-up :o)

I would stay here again. The hotel or at least the room we had was aged and in need of a remodel. We were only there for a night and it fit our needs. Nothing special but it was clean and the staff were helpful. There is an attached restaurant which was good. Walking distance to glockenspiel.

I’ve stayed here before many years ago but was not as impressed this time. Firstly the room smelt overwhelmingly of food from a previous guests cooking and there is no ventilation in the room without opening the door to the very cold winter air. The decor was a little dated and could do with a revamp. The bed was also smaller than I expected, it was one single bed rather than a double or twin as advertised when booking

Property extremely outdated and nothing like the first image advertised. Walls and most of room was very dirty and room temperature was quite warm. Inside and outside of hotel was very noisy at all hours of the night. Would not recommend staying here if you are a light sleeper. Front desk provided beer and water once a day which was nice.

The property is a walking distance from a train station and there are several restaurants close by. The breakfast is very good too. The disappointment is related to expectation vs reality: on the add it is a modern hotel. When walking on the aisles and entering the room, I saw an old red-carpet, old-style hotel.

Internet was not useable, I could not use Wi-Fi for anything consistently. It shouldn’t be too hard to have a useable internet that reaches all the rooms with a good fast signal. TV had few choices.

Very friendly staff who made me feel welcome. Comfortable bed and good showers. The breakfast choices were very good also. It is in a convenient location for the S Bahn or tram, but is also within easy walking distance of Isator and shops. The only downside was that it was very hot when I stayed and I had to keep the window open at night (no air conditioning) and sometimes the noise from the downstairs restaurant (not part of the hotel) disturbed me.

Unfortunately we couldn't do our trip due to covid. The hotel was nice enough to refund our fee, even though our booking was non-refundable. There was a glitch due to expedia not communicating the refund, so we thought the hotel was refusing to refund us. All ended well. Is seems to be a very nice hotel.
