Brand new designed 2025 by an interior designer. Open sunny living room with kitchen ( fridge-freezer, dish washer, induction glass-ceramic cook-top, oven ) and separate comfy dining place for 6 guests. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and a large wardrobe with lots of space. The second bedroom has a king-size bed (or 2 single beds) with wall hanging desk, chair and mirror. Add. comfy side bed is available on request. There is parquet flooring in both bedrooms, living and dining area. The bathroom have premium equipment including a glass shower. Own washing machine and dryer is available. The historical building has interior ceiling heights up to 320 cm. Parking on the street with own parking ticket, extra charge, no spot guaranteed in public parking area. We think a group with two couples will be disappointed. There are pros and cons which you should consider before booking this flat: Cons: 1.Other than the kitchen, there is not a single drawer in the apartment. There is not anywhere to put your cloths other than leave them in your luggage. 2\. There are only two closets, and they are both located in the primary bedroom. 3\. To access the secondary bedroom, you must walk through the primary bedroom. 4\. There are no chairs in the bedrooms or the living room. The living room has a couch (which will hold 3) and a stool. There are 6 wooden chairs in the dining area. Pros: 1\. One of the best showers we have seen in Europe. 2\. Kitchen is fully functional and very well appointed. 3\. The owner is a designer, and it is apparent the unit is beautiful and perfectly appointed. 4\. The location is perfect. The neighborhood quiet but just a short walk to two different buses which can take you anywhere easily by public transportation. 5, A bakery, grocery and neighborhood Bavarian restaurant are all within a short walk. ##### Rick M. Minutes away from cafés, bakeries and a well stocked supermarket. Various bus stops 5 mins walk away and then a 10 minute ride into the centre. Our dog also loved walks along the river, which was 5 mins away. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Street parking is free but it can be a bit of a challenge to find a spot - but then we didn’t use the car the whole time we were there. It’s nicely located in a quiet neighborhood in Munich and is walking distance from some great cafes and restaurants. The apartment is clean, modern, comfortable and nicely appointed and a short walk from a convenient bus stop to get into central Munich. The check-in prices was great. The kitchen was well-equipped, the space was beautiful and abundant, and it was surprisingly quiet for being at street level. We loved the neighborhood—cafes and bakeries just steps away. There was easy access to both the old city (via bus) and the highway system (for getting out of town). We were at first a little apprehensive about parking on the street, but we were always able to find a spot with minimal effort and we never felt that our car was at risk. ##### Keith B. It was clean and modern! The only drawback was that there was no soap for the shower or laundry detergent to wash clothes with. That would be an amenity that could be provided. Tanja was lovely to accommodate our late check in on a Sunday evening. The two bedrooms are back to back so if you are in the second bedroom you have to go through the first bedroom to get to the bathroom. But, now the first bedroom has a beautiful glass, cast iron and curtained sliding screen for total privacy. The apartment is warm, comfortable, we’ll equipped and on the ground floor with the entry from the street. There is a bakery, supermarket and restaurants only a few mins walk but there is little street noise. The centre of Munich is a pleasant 20 min walk away with part of the footpath beside a river.
